An American Eagle Outfit With Converse
Hey everyone! I know I promised you a second part to my Ohio photo diary, but it’s been a while since I shared an outfit blog post with you, and these were shot in Ohio, with clothes I had purchased there, so that also counts! Christen and I had found this really cool location down town, and I loved how it gave off a Mediterranean feel, even though it was in the middle of America.
For this outfit, this top was one of the first things I purchased when I was in the US. I had gone to American Eagle in the mall, for the very first time as we don’t have that store here in the UK, and completely fell in love with it! I ended up going there numerous times, and ordering online, ha ha. Just so I could get more of their clothes! This is one of their trending pieces, a green plaid cropped flannel, which I also picked up in another colour, but the green was something unique for me!
If you watched my live I did on Instagram, you will know that I was showing off some of the American Eagle jeans that I purchased too, and these High Waisted Jeggings in Black are one of those. I fell in love with their denim because the fit and comfort is amazing, who knew? These are a size 6 and I adore them! Now getting to the shoes, I literally lived in these Converse! I came across them in Kohl’s, and they have a padded tongue and heel, making them super comfortable, and I picked them up in the store immediately as a spur of the moment purchase! I ended up wearing them almost every single day! They were only $55 and they’re still online, so I recommend them!
Now for my accessories, I wore my American Eagle sunglasses, as I fell for these in the store too! I wrapped my mini Gucci silver and black belt around my jeans to add some detail, and then finished it off with my Louis Vuitton Mini Palm Springs bag. This was the only designer bag that I took with me to the States, so I ended up wearing it quite a lot. As it turns out though, I really like this outfit and wearing comfortable, casual looks like this! Do you like it? Let me know in the comments below and shop my outfit with the little icons too. Lorna xx.
And here are some pictures below, without my Autumn filter, so you can see the true colours.
