Photo Updates & Outfit Try Ons

Hi everyone! I hope that you’re all well and trying to get through the lock down as best as possible. I know it’s getting a little bit frustrating for me at the moment, and not being able to go out and shoot photos either, it’s quite stressful, so a lot of my photos are being taken in my bedroom at the moment. Anyway, I thought I would do a little photo update and include some things that have been inspiring me lately, and also some new purchases, as well as outfits I put together! Let me know what you think!

The above photo is a section of my closet/wardrobe that I love the most! I put together a little area with my best pieces of clothing, and my boots! Most of the items in here are from Allsaints, Saint Laurent, Chloe, and more! I call it my drip closet, ha ha.

As you know, I did a Gucci Double GG Belt Review a few years ago, on the 4cm version, which I own two of, but I recently purchased two of the smaller 2cm belts, in the light brown and gold, and black and silver. I think these are the perfect size for not being too overwhelming, but still making an impact. I’m obsessed with these belts and have already worn them! You can buy the brown here and the black here.

I like organising my closet sections with a colour palette gradient, as you can see. These are my coats and jackets that are colour coordinated!

I was trying on a brand new red dress that I got here from Pretty Little Thing (click here) and I also own it in black. I think it’s a really flattering design for the price tag!

I thought these were some cute blanket throws in Ikea a while back!

Another outfit try on! Doubling up on the leather look! I’m wearing my Allsaints Balfern leather jacket and I paired it with my Commando faux leather leggings, and my Christian Louboutin Pigalle heels! Now I recently set up a different place/website to share outfits etc. and a little bit more of my sexier side, and it’s invite only, so if you want to see more outfits like this and lingerie, please do send me a message and I will give you the link!

A very delicious gluten free brownie before we went into lock down.

A close up shot of my leather jacket.

Just a little selfie from the other day!

A combination of snake print boots and my leopard mask. Both are from Allsaints and you can buy the mask here. Lorna xx.

    Oh. My. Word.

Lorna, you know how I love seeing you in your black jacket and skinny jeans? Well you’re absolutely gorgeous in the pictures you’ve posted here. You’re fabulous in those leggings and the heels make for an extra sexy look. Of all the beautiful pictures I’ve seen of you, these are the very best. One of the things that makes you so gorgeous is that you’re not trying too hard. You allow your clothes to show you off. Your heels are a perfect example. They’re a beautiful design, simple and classy lines and they go so well with your outfit, but they’re not too high nor do they have a load of unnecessary embellishments. I hope I’m making sense?

I love you in your bikini too, I don’t think I’ve seen you in one before. Again, it’s a classy design, simple but very effective. The same goes for you in your red dress. Gorgeous!! I know you have a few small tattoos and I’m so glad you haven’t gone wild and covered yourself in them. Body art is a very personal thing and whilst I respect everyone’s choice, it’s something I think should be done in moderation.

Finally, I love how you’ve got your clothes organised. One of the keys to looking good is looking after your clothes. Keeping them properly hung or folded and not letting them get creased or scrunched up in the corner of the wardrobe for a couple of months makes such a difference.

Thanks again for sharing such a wonderful set of pictures. I’d love to see the others you’ve mined so I’ll send you an email.

Thank you so much, Russ! Funny enough, those heels are actually high! They are the Louboutin Pigalle 100, so they are 100mm, which is 4 inches! Super high, ha ha. But I always prefer classy pieces, no embellishments, just simple, classic, styled. So I’m glad you appreciate that too! As for tattoos, yeah I just have 3 small ones. They’re all personal to me too. I have no intentions of covering my body in them as I don’t like that. It’s not a look for me! So happy you like everything! You’re always so complimentary!

Looking at you wearing your heels, 4” is pretty high but you look comfortable in them and they are sexy and classy at the same time. I think Louboutin do some styles in two heights – 4” and then 5”, maybe 5.5” high too. Now they really must take some effort to wear and maybe only a ballerina can walk in them en pointe!!!

They do! They make some 120mm heels and they seem impossible to me, ha ha!
