Ombre Denim & Leopard At Bristol Fashion Week

I promised you photos of my outfit when I attended the Live Bloggers show at The Mall during Bristol Fashion Week, and here they are. If you missed my post on the show with catwalk photos, you can see it here. I went down the route of mixing my leopard print jeans with my ombre denim shirt and I quite like how the combination turned out. The scenery outside is also amazing! I love the water fountains and sculptures. I’m wearing my River Island ombre men’s denim shirt, my Current/Elliott grey leopard jeans, my Urban Outfitters wedges, my ASOS blue satchel and a Topshop lilac tank top and blue rainbow ring. I’ve also included some photos of what it was like inside The Mall too, with the beauty stations and pretty palm trees. I think it’s beautiful! Overall though I had a great time and I can’t wait to go during the next Fashion Week! If you are in the area, I would definitely recommend it to you! So what do you think of my outfit? I hope you all had a wonderful Easter yesterday! (Follow me on Twitter, Bloglovin and Facebook)

Playing With Tie Dye Jeans

I wore this outfit out on the weekend and I felt more confident about the jeans. At first I wasn’t so sure about them as they are so bright and loud, but they have grown on me so much and seem to be getting more popular in the celeb world too with Heidi Klum, Poppy Delevingne, Minka Kelly and Olivia Palermo having worn them. Last time I paired them with a cream jumper/sweater and nude heels, but this time I went down the route of black and I like it a lot more. I’m wearing my Paige Verdugo jeans in Tumble, My Topshop PU leather biker jacket, Cross necklace and cross body bag, a H&M t-shirt and my River Island wedge booties. I was in London yesterday for a few press days, so I will have Lulu Guinness and Nicholas Kirkwood’s Autumn/Winter 2012 collection to share with you soon! But I plan on resting loads today as I am so exhausted from the trip. Also, for those of you who didn’t catch my post last week, I am now on Instagram and I post pictures daily (ones that are not on my blog) so come follow me on there! I’m LornaRaindrops. You can also see my Instagram feed on my FaceBook page. So what do you think of the outfit? (Follow me on Twitter, Bloglovin and Facebook)

A Cosy Day At Home With Poochkis – Part 2

So here is the second post in my collaboration with Poochkis posts that I was doing. Last time (which you can see here) I showed you the wonderful slipper socks and leggings, this time I am showing you their super soft Aussie Ritz Slippers! I received these in the package with everything else as well and they are amazing! I made sure to check first of all that they were not actual sheepskin, they told me they are just made from sheep wool that is sewn onto the fabric of the slippers, so that’s much better for me since I adore sheep! The slippers are huge, soft and comfortable! They actually feel like giant bear paws on your feet! I can imagine that sheep never feel the cold based on how warm and how much insulation these slippers provide! I get cold feet all the time, but these keep them nice and toasty! Since I do generally have bigger feet, a size UK 7, I took a size Large in these and they do feel quite big. They fit my feet fine and are nice and snug, but the width of them is quite wide, so you do have to get used to walking in them. They are very sturdy too! I am more than willing to get used to this purely because of the warmth and the softness! I have also included some other photos from the Poochkis website of the models wearing their different variations of slippers they have to offer, as well as some individual slipper photos. They come in a variety of colours, including lavender and…

Florals, Boat Shoes & Geraniums

I am so happy that the weather is warm! The sun has been shining for quite a few days now and the temperature is warm enough to not need a jacket anymore. I decided to wear a spring inspired outfit of florals and reds and I really like how it turned out. This cardigan is quite old, I have had it over a year now, but I adore the girly floral print. The jeans wash is also called Geranium so that adds to the floral effect! My boat shoes were the right colour combination to match too! I’m wearing Joe’s Jeans, a Miss Selfridge floral cardigan, my H&M white t-shirt and gold bangles, my Disney Couture Apple ring, my Topshop Boat shoes and my new Marc by Marc Jacobs Bars & Bells bag in Scarlet. I’m hoping this weather holds out for quite some time, I don’t want it to go cold again! I also don’t want us to have a super early summer like we did last year and then no warm weather it’s supposed to be warm. I’m headed to London very soon, in a few days, for some press events and I’m excited about it. I always like seeing the new collections. Did you have a nice weekend? Do you like the outfit I chose? James Jeans Couture

I absolutely love these jeans! They are the James Jeans Couture skinnies and they are amazing! They are their new range of jeans which slim the thighs, have waist contouring and even lift the butt and they do all of those things. I think they are beautiful. You can read my review on them here on DenimBlog. I’m wearing my James Jeans Couture skinnies, a Miss Selfridge white shirt, my Topshop red Saffi heels, my ASOS neon yellow bag, a River Island bracelet and my Disney Couture Apple ring. I wanted to go classic with these so I paired them with a white shirt which ties up at the front, my red heels and a pop of colour from my bag. I definitely can’t wait to wear these again, I think they have become my new favourite classic jeans! What do you think of my outfit? I think it’s a little different to what I normally wear. Vintage Levi’s Cut Offs

I have always been fond of the Urban Renewal Levi’s shorts in Urban Outfitters, but the fact that most of them were pretty much bleach white didn’t really make me want a pair. I saw this pair in the store and I thought they were gorgeous though! I love the dark blue they have to them and the perfect part was they were my size. I had no idea what size I would be in vintage Levi’s, as it turns out I’m a 31, which I find funny since with today’s sizing I am a 27! I’m wearing my vintage Urban Renewal Levi’s cut offs, Miss Selfridge cream cardigan, Warehouse black leggings, River Island pink and orange scarf, H&M cream tank top, my Topshop bag, my Urban Outfitters wedges and my new Azendi Carousel earrings. I decided pairing them with black leggings would be a good option since it’s too cold for bare legs. Of course I added some colour with my pink and orange sparkly scarf too! I’ve also included some photos of my new earrings I said I purchased, mine and my boyfriend’s food and some cool cast iron hand prints of famous people in the rest of this post. What do you think of the outfit? (Follow me on Twitter, Bloglovin and Facebook)

Pastel And Neon Pink

I’m just warning you in advance, there are quite a few pictures in this post, ha ha. These were taken when I took a trip to the Botanical Gardens (one of my favourite places) over the weekend with my boyfriend to feed the animals and enjoy the scenery. I absolutely adore animals, as a lot of you know, so I love spending time with them and watching their cute behaviour. I’m wearing my 7 For All Mankind Neon Pink jeans, my Topshop pastel speckle jumper/sweater, neon Boat Shoes and my Mulberry Candy Pink Quilted Denim Lily. I got sent these jeans to review by 7 For All Mankind (which I will do soon on DenimBlog) and I absolutely love them! I think they are incredible! I picked up these Boat Shoes in Topshop a few weeks ago too (along with the pastel speckle jumper) and I can’t get enough of them! I’ve always loved Boat Shoes (my boyfriend is not very keen, but I am, ha ha!) but I always found them to look a little old fashioned, so when I saw these with all of the colours and hints of neon, I thought they were perfect! What do you think? P.S – I would love for you to check out the DenimBlog Trend Guide which was posted yesterday. It’s a magazine in PDF form about the latest denim trends, interviews and more. The Men’s Ombre Dip Dye Denim Shirt

When I saw this denim shirt online while browsing River Island, I completely fell in love with it! I saw it on the home page, but it turned out to be a men’s shirt. I was a little worried on the sizing and although this XS one is a little big in the shoulders and arms, I absolutely love it! I don’t even mind that it’s not a woman’s shirt. I just love the ombre blue dip dye effect it has, it’s so blue and pretty! I’m wearing my River Island men’s denim shirt and my new black wedge booties, my Miss Selfridge shiny black leggings and my turquoise turtle ring from my mum. I also found these booties yesterday in town, I fell in love with them when I saw them too. I have been looking for the perfect pair of black wedge boots that were not too steep and these are it! I thought pairing this shirt with the shiny leggings would look quite nice and I quite like how the outfit turned out actually. What do you think? P.S – I haven’t had the time yet to take the photos of my bag collection as my blogs 2nd birthday post. I will be doing it this week, even though it was yesterday my blog turned 2. Please bear with me on this one! It’s going to take a while to take all of the photos and make the post! Hopefully it turns out ok! (Follow me on Twitter, Bloglovin and Facebook)
