Allsaints Papin Leather Biker Jacket Review I’m really excited to be sharing with you my brand new and very first, leather jacket. I’ve been tempted by real leather jackets for a long time and after having numerous faux options and lots of leather boots and bags, I decided that I thought I could make the jump to a real leather jacket. I wasn’t sure at first, but after seeing this gorgeous All Saints Papin jacket that I had been staring at for months, I finally decided to try it when they had 20% off a while ago. I’m really glad I did as well, so I thought I would review it for you since it’s a very popular jacket. The Sizing: I ended up taking size UK 4 which is the same size as the jersey Kit biker I had from All Saints, however my usual size with them is UK 6. This jacket is designed to be worn oversized though as you can wear knitwear underneath it, but I found having a larger size actually made me look quite bulky since the sleeves are padded. That’s why I decided to go with the smaller size and wait for it to stretch a bit. I can wear it comfortably with a light weight knit underneath, but that’s about it at the moment, until it stretches some more. If you want a tighter fit, then you should size down like I did, but if you want it looser and you can get away with that type of look, go with your normal size. The Fit: The fit on this one isn’t…

The 5 Ultimate Designer Pieces I Have Always Wanted

Chanel Printed Flap Bag I thought it might be nice to share with you some of the designer pieces that I have wanted for a really long time, but due to the price of them or exclusivity, I have not been able to obtain. There are 5 pieces here which have been on my designer wish list for ages and I couldn’t possibly put them in order, although maybe I could shoot a few to the top of the list, like the shoes, but they are very hard to get hold of. So here are my top 5 designer wish list items and I’d love to know what you think! What are some of yours that you would love to own but can’t? First on the list (which isn’t in order) is a Chanel Flap Bag. I’ve always thought they were extremely classic and iconic and even though I’m not hugely fond of the classic black ones, when I saw this printed floral one for SS15, I completely fell in love with it. I’ve seen it in the boutique in London too and it is just as gorgeous in person as it looks in photos, if not more actually. With its hefty price tag though, I’m pretty sure it’s something I wont be able to get hold of unless I went down the designer second hand route! I’ve done that a few times before with some other pieces and it worked out great, so I am always keeping my eyes open for a great deal on it! Who knows! Playful & Fun Spring Outfit Inspiration

So, Spring is here and I couldn’t be more excited! I love the transitional season as it’s all about pastels and florals, making outfits really feminine, flirty and fun! I thought it would be nice to do my Spring outfit inspiration with pieces from Alice McCall. I was recently introduced to the designer and her pieces are adorable! I love how cute they are, yet at the same time they are chic and sophisticated, making the outfits perfect for events or just day time wear with a flare. Out of the two looks that I put together, I think the first one might be my favourite as it has a lot of print, colour, abstract fits and silky texture, making it quite young and girly. I don’t usually like to mix pink and red together, but for this outfit, it worked perfectly! There’s a choice of the top and skirt or dress, as well as two bags, so you can mix it up if you like! It reminded me a lot of something Blair from Atlantic Pacific would wear. For the second look, I wanted to do something a little more mature and chic, which is why I went for pastel tones with this silk shirt and shorts, finished with the pastel pink cape coat. I then added a little more femininity to it with the tassel heels and accessories. I was inspired by some beautiful street style looks that I had seen on Vogue not that long ago for this one. 4 Fashion Week Inspired Outfits

New York Fashion Week Jeans | Boots | Sweater | Jacket | Sunglasses | Clutch | Bracelet As it’s fashion week right now, well fashion month in general, I was inspired by the different cities styles and how they dress, which led me to wanting to create 4 different outfits here, based around New York, London, Paris and Milan! Each city has such a different vibe, it was fun putting together these looks with that in mind! New York is layers and chic, London is more grungy, Paris is smart chic and Milan is fun and colourful. I hope you like these looks! The New York outfit that I styled above is my favourite! It’s something that I would definitely wear myself! I paired together some AG Legging Jeans with a Topshop Roll Neck Sweater and the Topshop Ponte Sleeveless Jacket that I own. I thought that was a great way to layer to keep warm on the East Coast! As you want to make a statement, I chose these Grey Over The Knee Boots from DUO and some accessories in the form of a Lulu Guinness Lips Clutch (for fun), some Ray-Ban Sunglasses and a Cartier Bracelet. You can’t not have sunglasses during Fashion Week! New Autumn Purchases – Part 2

I am aware that it’s not Autumn anymore, it is in fact Spring… However, this post somehow slipped away from me! Back in November I posted part 1 of my new purchases, but for some reason I never got around to posting part 2! I literally just found these images in a folder on my desktop and thought that I would still share them with you as you haven’t seen any of these pieces yet! Plus, I think any Autumn leaves background makes any fashion blog photos look pretty! Don’t you? Above is a basketball t-shirt that I picked up from Topshop all the way back in October, however since the weather got really cold, I haven’t been able to wear it. I’m hoping that I can wear it soon though as I have outfits planned for it! I’m thinking black skinny jeans or denim shorts! I loved this top so much when I first saw it, I think it’s the burgundy sleeves that got me! I do love burgundy! Now these skeleton leggings are also from Topshop and I purchased them around Halloween in October. I thought they were really cool and they look really quirky when worn, so I might do an outfit soon with these! They are really thin leggings though which is why I haven’t had the chance to wear them yet!

Spring Outfit Inspiration

I am really beginning to get fed up of the constant rain, wind and stormy weather that we keep having at the moment. I’m longing for the days where it’s warm enough to wear dresses and shorts out with t-shirts or tank tops and not feel the cold! To get me in the Spring mood, I put three outfits together that I would love to wear when it warms up! I’ve chosen a really edgy look with a tartan dress and black boots, a girly look with double denim and pastel tones and a sporty look with a basketball tee and leather shorts! I love the tartan trend a lot and thought that the dress mixed a great combination of femininity and plaid. I paired it with the leather vest and ankle boots just to toughen it up a little bit and then opted for a really edgy 3.1 Phillip Lim bag! I kept the make up minimal and only opted for a red lip and glittery red nails, but I love the dainty jewellery I chose too! Especially the little silver daisy ring from Psyche! It’s adorable!
