Even though it hasn’t been very warm out, I had had enough of not being able to wear all of the cute denim shorts that I bought for Summer. So over the weekend, for a short amount of time, I finally was able to wear my denim crochet shorts. The most annoying thing about them though is that they ride up so much, they are so beautiful and gorgeous, but I decided I can’t really go out wearing them without wearing a long top, they ride up way too much at the back and I end up showing more than I intended, which is not good, ha ha.

I’m wearing my denim crochet shorts, beige flats, spiked bracelet, Amethyst and Butterfly necklace from Topshop, a Sparkle & Fade long sleeve top, Urban Outfitters Bird ring, ASOS watch and some DIY bracelets.

I was wondering how do you get around the short shorts situation? Sometimes I wear them with leggings underneath, but I don’t want to do that when it’s hot, so I suppose the only option is a long top and tuck in the front? Also, I’m going to see Magic Mike tomorrow, which I am excited about! Have any of you seen it yet?       Oh thank you! Really? I think Taylor is gorgeous! I was inspired by her hairstyle when I had my fringe/bangs, but I always thought I look nothing like her, ha ha. You are always so kind! :)

    Cute outfit, Lorna. I always love your little accessories, they make the outfits more special. I have a similar spiked bracelet in copper and every time I wear it friends tell me it looks ridiculous, it doesnt go, its out of place but I still wear it, I love it. They just don’t get it lol.

      Thanks Sophie! I’m glad you like them! And don’t worry about what anyone else says is what I think, everyone has their own personal style and wears what they want to, if we all wore the same then that would be really boring. So definitely stay unique :) Well unless you go out in something like a clown suit and they say it looks silly, I’d listen then, ha ha :)
