Neon And Acid Wash For Summer

(Jeans – Similar, Top – Similar, Shoes – Exact, Bag – Exact, Watch – Exact, Sunglasses – Exact) As the sun was shining a little bit on Sunday (for a very small amount of time lol) I thought it would be good to wear a summery outfit, which is why I chose acid wash and neons, mixed in with some pastels. I got these Ray-Ban Sunglasses courtesy of Sunglasses Shop and I absolutely love them! I think they might possibly be my favourite pair! I just love the mirrored blue lenses and have been wearing them a lot! I’m wearing Dittos Acid Wash Jeans, a River Island Neon Pink Top, my Wonders Silver Glitter Shoes, my new Rebecca Minkoff Mini 5 Zip in Mint, my Marc by Marc Jacobs Neon Pink Watch, various Bracelets from ASOS and Topshop and Ray-Ban Aviator Mirrored Blue Sunglasses. One of my favourite shades in summer is definitely neon pink, which is why I own quite a few pieces in the colour. This top is really old now, but it doesn’t stop me loving it. I also can’t stop wearing this new watch, which I’m sure those of you following me on Instagram (@LornaRaindrops) will have noticed! Also, this is my debut of my new Rebecca Minkoff bag, however I will have more details on it soon in a separate post! I also mentioned to you that I really love these new shoes from Wonders, so I have included a better shot of them at the bottom of this post. So, what do you think of my outfit? Comment and let me know!

Burgundy, Black & Grey At Cardiff Castle

(Jeans – Similar, Jacket – Similar, Shoes – Exact, Bag – Similar, Sunglasses – Similar) Those of you who follow me on Instagram (@LornaRaindrops) will know that I was in the country of Wales on Saturday visiting Cardiff Castle. It was mine and my boyfriends 5 year anniversary and we thought it would be nice to take the train to Wales and visit the castle. We both had an amazing time there and there was so much to see, it was really fun! I will talk more about the castle in my second post as I’m splitting it into two, this one features my outfit and the next one will feature all of the castle pictures! I’m wearing my Koral Merlot Skinny Jeans, my Zara Faux Leather Sleeve Blazer, my H&M White T-Shirt, my Grey TOMS, my Ray-Ban Cats 5000 Sunglasses and my Mulberry Mini Taylor in Deer Brown. I honestly did have such a lovely day, it couldn’t have gone better really. The train trip was fine and not too long, the weather was warm all day, our lunch out was nice and the castle was even better than I had expected. It did start raining when we were due to go home and unfortunately I’ve not been too well yesterday and today, but the Saturday was worth it. I’m excited to share the rest of the photos with you soon! Have any of you visited Cardiff Castle before? Comment and let me know what you think of my outfit too!

Purple Lightning Storm Leggings

(Leggings – Exact ON SALE, Top – Similar, Jacket – Similar, Boots – Similar, Sunglasses – Exact, Bag – Similar, Watch – Exact, Bracelets – Exact & Exact) As promised, here is the full outfit that I wore last week to the Bath in Fashion catwalk show and blogger awards. I know you already saw it briefly from my snaps up on stage, but here are the full photos. Unfortunately, again, the wind was blowing so much that my hair was causing chaos, but we managed to get a few good photos actually. When I first saw these leggings online, I absolutely fell in love with them! The print is literally insane and I waited for them to pop into the sale, which they did, so I snapped them up! They still have all sizes left in the sale as well! I’m wearing my Bam Bam Storm Print Leggings, a Zara Black Top, my Topshop Black Faux Leather Sleeveless Jacket, my KG by Kurt Geiger Boots, my new Rebecca Minkoff Mini Mac in Lilac, my Marc by Marc Jacobs Blade Chrono Watch, my Ray-Ban Black Wayfarers and some various jewellery. As you can see now, my layout has changed. I really hope you like it! I spent all of this morning setting it up and I am still tweaking a few things here and there, but so far everything is good to go. I spent some time with a programmer getting the theme just as I wanted it and I really like how simple it is with the black and white, but everything else is quite lively. I also spent…

Polka Dots And Cream

(Jeans – Similar, Blazer – Similar, Top – Similar, Shoes – Exact, Bag – Similar, Sunglasses – Similar, Watch – Exact, Necklace – Exact, Bracelets – Exact, Exact & Exact) This is the outfit that I wore to lunch on Saturday and it’s just something that I randomly threw together without any planning. We ate at one of my favourite places, Pizza Express! I had my usual pizza without any cheese, I don’t have anything different lol, and then I also had dough balls which I absolutely love! We then went and had sorbet for dessert! I love it when the sun shines, it makes everything so much more happier and just enjoyable! I’m wearing Paige Polka Dot Jeans, a Cream Blazer, Gold Cross Necklace from Topshop, a Sparkle & Fade Top, my TOMS Natural Canvas Shoes, my Mulberry Mini Taylor in Deer Brown, my Daniel Wellington Watch and Bracelets from Topshop and Miss Selfridge. You can see one of the photos below of myself on the mini red carpet. A couple of guys were taking photos of peoples street style they liked for the newspaper and that should be in there tomorrow actually, so I’m going to pick up a copy and share it on my social media once I see it in there. Actually just to clue you in, I am going to be making some changes to my layout and banner very soon! I’ve been working for a long time with a designer to come up with something that I really like and I think I am finally happy with the new layout I will be installing…

Denim Shorts With A Cat Face T-Shirt

(Shorts – Exact, T-Shirt – Exact, Shoes – Exact, Bag – Similar, Sunglasses – Exact, Bracelets – Similar) On Saturday I couldn’t believe that it was actually warm enough to wear shorts! I was out during the day, but I was wearing jeans, so when I got home I changed right into shorts and a t-shirt as I couldn’t miss the opportunity to wear them. Living in England limits my options so much as I only get to wear shorts a couple of weeks out of the year. I did receive these from Sway Chic to style and I actually didn’t like how they looked or fitted me at all in full length, so I did some alterations by cuffing up the hems and making the pocket bags shorter. I much prefer how they look this way! I’m wearing Denim Shorts from Sway Chic, a Cat Face T-Shirt and Lanie Wedges from Topshop, my Mulberry Mini Taylor in Deer Brown, my Ray-Ban Aviators, my Daniel Wellington Watch and Bracelets from Miss Selfridge and ASOS. I picked up this cat t-shirt when I was in Topshop actually on Saturday as I fell in love with it. As you know I am a huge cat person and the face on this one is just so beautiful! The colours are intense and the eyes are my favourite part about it! You can definitely expect to see this in more of my summer outfits in the future! I’ve also had these wedges a little while, but it hasn’t been warm enough to wear them until the weekend. Despite the height of them, they are…

My New Ray Ban Wayfarer Sunglasses

Believe it or not, I’ve never owned a pair of Ray Ban Wayfarers! I’ve got numerous Ray-Ban Sunglasses as I am a big fan of the brand down to the shapes and designs they make, but never thought about owning the Wayfarers as I generally pick brown rounder styles when it comes to my sunglasses. One of the companis that I have been working with for a long time now, Sunglasses Shop, let me pick a pair to give a review on and try out, so I used this opportunity to test them out! I chose these Ray-Ban 2140 Wayfarer sunglasses in black and I actually really like how they look. I genuinely wasn’t sure at first as black is quite harsh against my pale skin tone, but I think they make quite a statement on the face if you pair them with red lips. I can’t wait for the sun to come out so I can wear them! What do you think?

Relaxing At The Park In A Leopard Maxi Skirt

(Skirt – Similar, Top – Exact, Sandals – Exact, Sunglasses – Exact, Necklace – Similar, Bracelet – Exact) I wore this outfit on Friday when I went to the park to wind down. I usually don’t feel the heat because I have cold hands and feet all the time, but on this day I was actually almost roasted and I had to go and sit in the shade after 10 minutes. It was really nice to just lie there on the grass and blanket and just appreciate the quiet. Like I mentioned in my previous post, the weekend really was some much needed rest for me. I’m wearing an unbranded Leopard maxi skirt, a Miss Selfridge burgundy tank top, ASOS Flossy sandals, Ray Ban Cat Eye sunglasses, H&M bracelets, my Urban Outfitters Deer necklace, my Gina Stewart Sapphire bracelet and my beautiful Sphere of Life Mosaic bracelet. I went with this outfit as it was something really simple and bold at the same time. Apart from the accessories, nothing cost me over £18. The skirt was a find on eBay under £10 and the tank top was cheap too. I always have the thought process that if something looks good and seems to be made quite well, then it doesn’t matter if it has a designer name on it or not. I just usually like what I like, whether that’s unbranded things or not. By the way, the Sphere of Life Mosaic bracelet giveaway ends in 3 days, so make sure you enter to win the beautiful bracelet!
