Ray-Ban Shrunken Aviator Sunglasses in Cyclamen Mirror Pink

My new Ray-Ban Shrunken Aviator Sunglasses in Cyclamen Mirror Pink You probably know by now that I absolutely adore mirrored lens sunglasses. I already own Ray-Ban mirrored aviators in red, blue and green, as well as the Erika in mirrored turquoise, red and purple, so I definitely felt like my collection was missing a certain colour… pink! These gorgeous sunglasses lenses are actually called Cyclamen and the shade is a combination of orange, pink and purple, sort of in an ombre tone as you can see when viewed from the side, however, from a straight on view they are actually a full pink which is intense. These sunglasses are absolutely gorgeous! I wasn’t sure on the frames at first as I am used to the regular aviator style, however I couldn’t find them anywhere with these lenses so I had to go for the shrunken aviator style instead. I think they are actually really nice and they suit my face a lot better than I had been expecting. I’ve already worn these sunglasses out twice now and I am definitely sure that they will be getting a lot of use in the coming months! As long as the sun is shining that is! What do you think of them? I’d love to know your thoughts! You can see them in action in one of my little Instagram videos by clicking here and you can buy these sunglasses online at Shopbop by clicking here.

The Oversized Khaki Shirt Dress

The oversized khaki shirt dress with wedges and a pop of pink I think there’s a lot to be said about shirt dresses, but in an unspoken way. I’m really drawn to them lately as they have such a casual ease to them, making them perfect for Summer, but at the same time as being relaxed, they have a sense of sexiness to them which is usually quite understated. This khaki one here is from Apricot (but there’s a similar one here) and I think the colour of it really makes it blend in well with so many things. I’m into military and khaki colours at the moment and they pair so well with browns, like these old Topshop wedges I have had for some time. For my accessories in this look, I went with my new Louis Vuitton Epi Leather Alma BB in Fuchsia (which I absolutely can’t get enough of), my Ray-Ban Aviators and some various pieces of jewellery mixed in with my Olivia Burton Butterfly watch. I think the fact that this type of look has a borrowed from the boys sense to it is what makes the proportions stand out. I definitely want to add more shirt dresses to my collection. I do have some denim ones, but that’s about it! What do you fashion bloggers and readers think of this outfit? I’d love to know! Don’t forget to vote in the poll too! Little Bugs Upon My Shirt

A silk bug print shirt with cropped skinny jeans I hope you have all had a lovely week so far. Mines been a little tough, I usually don’t go into personal details on my blog as I like to keep it a happy and positive place, but quite a few emotional things have happened this week and it’s been quite hard to keep my spirits up. Knowing that you guys are out there supporting me and reading my fashion blog posts though and liking everything I do/post on my social media, always helps and does bring a smile to my face. It’s always lovely to know how supportive you all are to me, so I truly appreciate you and I can’t thank you enough on this journey. We shot these photos a few weeks ago while we were walking around town for a while in the warm weather. It was actually nice to take some time out and be a tourist in my town, discover new places and new areas and then shoot some photos in the park. We actually came across a protected swans nest which had eggs in, which is always beautiful to see. For my look, I wore my Citizens of Humanity Rocket Crop Skinny Jeans in Aura (which I am obsessed with) with my Equipment Bug Print Shirt. I love slouchy fitting shirts and Equipment is actually one of my favourite brands for that! For my shoes and accessories, I went with my Rebecca Minkoff Mini Mab Tote, my Topshop Burgundy and Gold heels, my Olivia Burton Butterfly Watch and some Ray-Ban Aviators. I did have…

70’s Style With A Twist From Topshop

70’s corduroy skirt with platforms and a trench coat I’ve been really into 70’s style clothes lately which is actually a blessing as the trend is popular at the moment. I’ve wanted to try a look like this for a while and as it turns out, I really like it. All of these pieces are from Topshop (except for the Ray-Ban Sunglasses) and I purchased them at different times over the course of last month. I would have never given a brown corduroy skirt the time of day before, but my tastes in clothes are changing and I thought pairing it with this cropped top was perfect. This look alone, combined with the Slick platform heels, is extremely retro, so to bring it to a current time and make it a little more modern, I threw my trench coat over the top. I think this really helps! But I have shown the look with and without it, so you can see what you think! On another note, I hope you are having a lovely weekend. In a few weeks time I’m going to be attending a wedding in Birmingham with Adam as one of his friends is getting married, so I’m really excited about that! I love weddings! I think I have my outfit sorted out and planned, but you never know, I tend to change my mind quite often. I’ve also got something really exciting to share with you soon! One of my latest purchases from London and those of you who follow me on social media will probably already know about it, but for those of you who…

My New Ray-Ban Blue Velvet Erika Sunglasses

Ray-Ban Erika Mirrored Blue Sunglasses The warmer weather is fast approaching and as Spring is now here, I’ve been thinking about some new designer sunglasses! I got these gorgeous Ray-Ban Erika Sunglasses in Blue Velvet from Sunglasses Shop a few weeks ago and had been waiting for a sunnier day to share them with you. I do own the Erika already in purple and red, but I had been a huge fan of the aqua blue colour since last year when they came out, so I couldn’t wait to try them! I think the shape of the frames is absolutely gorgeous, I love the way they sit on the face and they aren’t too big or too small, plus with the velvet around the plastic, it really helps with them staying on your face and absorbing any moisture. The mirrored lenses are extremely reflective too, you can see absolutely everything in them, just like a mirror, and your eyes remain hidden! I honestly can’t wait for it to warm up some more so I can wear these more! What do you think of these Ray-Ban Erika Mirrored Lens Sunglasses? Have you seen any other fashion bloggers wearing them? I know Sunglasses Shop also have a Ray-Ban sale on at the moment too, so you might be able to snap something good up!

Colour Blocking With Primary Red, Yellow & Blue

(Shirt – Similar, Skirt – Similar, Bag – Similar, Watch – Similar, Shoes – Similar, Sunglasses – Exact, Bracelets – Similar) You probably recognise this outfit as the one that I wore in my Instagram photos from London post. We never took the camera to London as you know, but I loved this outfit so much that I wore it on the weekend again to share with you on the blog, just with a couple of adjustments. I had flat sandals and a different bag for my London look, but I changed those two out to make it a little more stylish and colourful! I wore my ASOS skater skirt in burgundy with a bird print because it’s incredibly comfortable and stretchy, it doesn’t even feel like you are wearing anything on the bottom, so it’s nice and breezy! I paired it with my Forever 21 tie front shirt in navy as this is another cool piece, made of thin cotton so it’s easy to wear in the heat. For my shoes, I opted for my Sam Edelman Yelena heels as they smarten up the look a bit and give some length to my legs. Now for my accessories, I wore my new Cambridge Satchel Mini in yellow as I bought this in the boutique in London in the sale. I absolutely couldn’t resist it as the yellow is so pretty and the price was amazing! I then wore my Ray-Ban aviators in mirrored blue, my Olivia Burton butterfly watch and some various different bracelets. Please do let me know what you think of this outfit as I always like…

Vintage Denim Shorts With Plaid Tied Around My Waist

(Shorts – Exact, Shirt – Exact, Top – Exact, Boots – Exact, Sunglasses – Exact) The weather has been so hot lately, which for England is unheard of. We usually get about a week of warm weather in May and then no Summer at all, however it’s consistently been about 28-31 degrees for 4 weeks or more now. It’s just too hot for jeans and my jackets so I have been living in shorts, skirts and dresses. Most of us Brits don’t have air con in our houses either, so it’s pretty unbearable right now. Considering I always love to wear jewellery too, I’ve barely been wearing any as it’s just too hot for it. I wore this outfit a couple of weekends ago to run some errands which is why I don’t have a bag with me, but I wore my Levi’s Vintage Denim Shorts with my Jimmy Choo Melba Boots in Sandalwood again. I adore this combination of denim shorts and boots, although it was a little cooler when I wore this as boots are a no go at the moment. I then paired them with my River Island Purple Top and tied my Paige Kadie Plaid Shirt around my waist, just to add a bit more colour and dimension to the look, I then finished it off with my Ray-Ban Mirrored Aviators in Green. I did wear this plaid shirt and top together before, but in a way that was more suitable for cooler weather. How are you all coping with this crazy heat right now and do you like the outfit?

After Some Down Time

(Jeans – Exact, Tee – Exact, Shoes – Similar, Sunglasses – Exact, Watch – Exact, Necklace – Exact) I’m back! I took a much needed little holiday with my boyfriend from Friday night to Monday afternoon and we didn’t have a laptop or camera with us. It was really nice to spend time away from the computer for a while and just have some down time, not stressing out too much about blog work or social media as I usually tend to do. I have been updating Instagram, but I do that for fun, so I will have a few photos to show you from London, but not a huge amount. I managed to get lots of shopping done, lots of eating and rest, despite being so hot I could have melted! These photos were taken quite a while ago, however I never got around to posting them. They were shot at my favourite park with the animals all around and I thought it was fitting to go with the relaxing weekend I just had. I wore my Paige Jimmy Jimmy jeans in Clifton Destructed, a green tee from ASOS, my Topshop Koala espadrilles, Ray-Ban mirrored aviators, my Daniel Wellington watch and a Floating Memory Locket necklace that I got given by Your Fashion Jewellery. It’s called Believe and has a little bee and sapphire inside, to represent my blog name and believing in yourself. I love it! Anyway, this was just a little update before I get back into the swing of things tomorrow. I’m sure other fashion bloggers can relate when I say that down time is needed…
