How To Wear A Boda Skins Kay Michaels Leather Jacket

Boda Skins Kay Michaels Women’s Leather Jacket With Skinny Jeans I recently shared with you my Boda Skins Kay Michaels Women’s Leather Jacket review and you all loved it! So many of you commented how much you adored the jacket and even some of you purchased one (as you told me), so I’m really excited to show you my first outfit combination featuring it. I wore it out a couple of weekends ago and it was actually freezing, so don’t be fooled by the photos, but I thought it would look good against Great Pulteney Street in Bath as the backdrop. It’s really fancy up the top of town and there’s some great steps to sit on. For my outfit, I decided to style my Boda Skins Kay Michaels in Antique Creased Brown with my AG The Farrah Ankle Jeans in 18 Years Cruising, a simple GAP Long Sleeve T-Shirt and my REISS Ankle Boots. The boots actually ended up being almost the perfect shade to match the brown leather jacket. I definitely plan on wearing it again with black skinny jeans, but for the first look I wanted to wear light blue, to really make the jacket the focal point of the outfit. My tips on how to wear a Boda Skins Kay Michaels would definitely be based on your personality and the season. I think one of the most winning combinations for women is with skinny jeans and heels/boots as it’s feminine mixed with tough, but it’s definitely going to work with trainers as well for a more casual approach. Skinny jeans are definitely what I see the…

Joules Coast Waterproof Jacket With Hunter Refined Chelsea Boots

Joules Coast Waterproof Jacket With Hunter Refined Chelsea Boots I almost forgot about these photos! They were actually taken back in April/May when we went to Farrington Farm and they got put in a folder to post the next month and then forgotten about as other outfit posts got in the way. Whenever I go to the farm though or run some errands and it’s raining, this is usually the type of look that I go for (or this one) as ankle wellies and a rain coat have sort of become my staple here in England. It’s a little too cold for this outfit now though since the temperatures have dramatically dropped lately, but it’s definitely become a signature of mine. So what was I wearing? This is my Joules Coast Waterproof Jacket in Berry that I purchased from the brand over a year ago. This was actually my very first purchase from Joules and I fell in love with them since then, actually wearing their pieces on a weekly basis! This jacket has done me well though, it’s still in perfect condition (I own the red one too) and has been so useful. I can’t get enough of it, especially the beautiful berry colour. I paired it with a simple H&M Grey Jumper and my James Jeans Skinny Jeans in Black as they make the jacket pop really well and are perfect for my footwear choice, which is of course the Hunter Refined Ankle Chelsea Boots in Slate Grey. My Hunter Boots were the very first pair of ankle wellies that I got actually. I got them back in…

Khaki Bomber Jacket With Furry Slides Outfit

A Khaki Bomber Jacket With Skinny Jeans & Furry Slides Bomber jackets have become somewhat of a go to piece for me, given that I own about 5-6 different colours and styles. This was one that I first bought from Topshop about 2-3 years ago and never shared with you in an outfit until now. I purchased it when bomber jackets first started getting popular and the khaki green colour was one of the only shades that they had, so I went for it. You’ve since seen the burgundy lined bomber jacket that I wore in the Autumn, but I thought it was about time I showed you this one too. So, this jackets full name is the Topshop MA1 Bomber Jacket in Khaki (buy a similar one here) and I decided to pair it with a simple white t-shirt from H&M, my James Jeans Black Skinny Jeans, and then finish it off with my River Island Furry Slides. We shot these photos when I actually got these shoes (I did a post on the furry slides trend) and I thought it was more of an edgy, gritty look so we chose to do more of an urban location for the shoot. I didn’t know if furry slides would go with a bomber jacket, but it’s what I wanted to pair together and I actually quite like how it turned out. I know not everyone is going to love this outfit though and a lot of you will probably dislike it a lot due to the shoes and the reaction they got in my trend piece, but I’m ok with…

Mansur Gavriel Bucket Bag With Gucci Loafers

A Mansur Gavriel, Skinny Jeans & Gucci Loafers Outfit Firstly, I wanted to start out by saying thank you to everyone who checked if I was ok after what happened last night in London, I am, and I want to send out my love and thoughts to any of my readers in London that are going through such a tough time right now. It always devastates and shocks me (see my post here) how things like this can happen in such a civilised world. It’s barbaric. I truly hope all of you are ok, and that you’re safe, but more importantly that you can escape the negativity by coming here and enjoying my blog like normal, with a brand new outfit post for you all. Adam and I shot these photos a couple of weeks ago when the weather had started warming up. It was really nice to be able to wear a tank top without the jacket and not be freezing cold! Then of course it turned out to boil as the days went on and I couldn’t cope with the intense heat. But, as it turns out since I put this outfit together on the day by just picking pieces I wanted to wear, again, it’s one I really like and love. I find the brown palette is very easy wearing for me and it suits my skin tone and hair colour nicely, so it’s one I often tend to venture towards. So, what was I wearing? I was wearing my older ALLSAINTS Balfern Leather Jacket in Sahara which I layered over my REISS Fi Silk Top in…

Alpha Industries Dusty Pink MA1 Bomber Jacket Review Outfit

Alpha Industries MA1 Dusty Pink Bomber Jacket Review With Nike Free Running Trainers Sometimes, things just fall into your lap without you even expecting it, and that’s what I can safely say happened with this Alpha Industries MA1 59 Bomber Jacket in Dusty Pink (buy it here or here). Adam had been in love with the Alpha Industries bomber jackets for quite sometime, while I never really paid them much attention. I had of course seen them on celebs like Will.I.Am, and even on The Voice when that was on, always recognised by the red fabric tab that says ‘Remove Before Flight’. I think my reason for not giving them much interest was because I already had a few bomber jackets and with the warmer weather coming up, I was focused purely on other items that I wanted to buy. All of that changed entirely however when Adam purchased this Alpha Industries MA1 59 Bomber Jacket in Dusty Pink for himself. He chose the women’s version because it always gives him a slimmer fit, but the size Small, which I have here, was too small for him and he had to re-order it in a Medium. He was at his house when this bomber jacket arrived though and had sent me photos for my opinion, and when I looked at them, my eyes nearly popped out at the colour. All I could see was one of the most pretty, mature shades of pink I had seen in a long time and I fell in love with it. So much so that I told him not to return it just yet…

A Black Leather ALLSAINTS Jacket With Grey Skinny Jeans

ALLSAINTS Randall Leather Jacket With J Brand Skinny Jeans After sharing with you my REISS Sophie Suede Jacket and AGOLDE Sophie Jeans outfit, I feel like this one is another very classic ‘Lorna’ outfit, if you can call it that. I’m always a huge fan of leather jackets and skinny jeans, paired with flats or heels, so it’s very much a uniform for me, it just depends on the different colour palette and accessories that I want to go with on the day. For this particular outfit, I decided to pair my ALLSAINTS Randall Leather Jacket with my J Brand Maria Skinny Jeans in Dove Grey as the two focal points of the look. Black and grey is always a great combination, which is why I chose a simple white t-shirt to go underneath to keep it monochrome. I then chose my Christian Louboutin Black Pigalle Heels to give some height to my legs and to match the leather jacket. Now for the accessories, I went with my Saint Laurent Nano Sac de Jour in Grey to complement the grey skinny jeans, which I think worked really well, and my Daniel Wellington Classic Petite Silver Watch. Now since every single piece here is either black, grey or white, making it completely neutral, I knew it was time to inject a pop of colour. If you follow me on Instagram, you may remember seeing this Burberry Cashmere Scarf in Plum as I posted it a while ago (see here). Adam and I both purchased it together as a joint Valentine’s Day and Anniversary present to ourselves. It’s monogrammed with A♥L (in…

REISS Sophie Suede Jacket With AGOLDE Sophie Jeans

REISS Sophie Suede Jacket With AGOLDE Sophie Jeans While I was getting this post ready to type out and find the different products to link you to, I realised that both of the main pieces in my outfit today are called Sophie! I don’t think I’ve ever worn a look with two pieces from different brands that have the same name, so that’s a funny coincidence! I really do like this outfit though and I’ve been waiting to share it with you for a couple of weeks now. I was wearing this REISS Sophie Suede Jacket which I bought from the brand about 5 weeks ago. I took it in a size UK 8 and it fits extremely well. Obviously given my small shoulders and larger chest ratio, I can never do up my leather style jackets because I have to get them to fit in the shoulders first and foremost for a tailored fit, so I’m just putting that out there that it’s not because my jackets are too small like some of you have commented before. I tried the size 10 and it was too big, it looked sloppy and hung off my shoulders, so for me it’s all about the structured fit and since I never like to do them up anyway, it’s fine. This REISS Sophie Suede Jacket is a beautiful taupe brown shade, with the most softest of suede’s that I’ve ever come across. It’s so light and malleable, it definitely feels like it’s worth the price. Not to mention it’s actually one of my most comfiest suede jackets that I own and I was…

The Coral Skirt Suit

The Coral Skirt Suit Outfit From Topshop Happy Friday everyone! I hope you have all had a good week and are looking forward to the weekend. I’m going to be sharing my findings with the food intolerance testing etc. with you as soon as I can, but I finally feel like I might have answers and a plan to actually see improvement, so we will see! But lets get to this outfit, I think it’s one of my favourites. Given my complete love of coral over the years (yep, I said it again!), you can imagine my elated joy when I saw this coral suit on Topshop a few weeks ago! It’s a limited edition jacket and skirt combination and I completely fell in love with it. I personally think coral is one of those colours which really suits my pale skin tone and is actually flattering, so the more coral the merrier, as I’m sure you have noticed. When it came to styling this Topshop Coral Skirt Suit, I went with my older Christian Louboutin Coral Pigalle to keep the colour theme going, then I used neutral tones for the rest with a Lipsy Satin Cami Top and my Valentino Mini Lock Bag in Ivory. I wanted the look to be smarter and more appropriate for work or events, but with a younger and more fun twist to it, which I think you get with the colour. For my jewellery, I wore a new name necklace which says ‘Lorna’ on it in gold. I got this from Soufeel and I think it’s the cutest! I’ve never owned a name…
