Spring Colours & Cargos

Since I am ready for Spring and warm weather, I decided to dress really bright and fun. I am a huge fan of bold colours, especially pinks, oranges and yellows. I thought it would be a nice change to dress like it’s Summer, it some how makes me feel happier and more cheerful 🙂 I’m wearing my Rich & Skinny cargo jeans, a Topshop pink tank top, a Topshop orange cardigan, Topshop orange Sakura heels, my ASOS pink hair flower and my Marks & Spencers coral bracelet. These jeans are definitely one of my favourites!! I love them so much because they fit really nicely and I love the cargo pockets on the front. I have always been fond of Rich & Skinny, they are a wonderful brand 🙂 My blog will be 1 year old on the 10th March. I can’t believe how fast the year has gone! It’s incredible. I have something planned for that post though, it’s something I haven’t done before. Everything is just flying by lately, it’s crazy! If you haven’t yet entered the Ashley Tisdale Cleobella Bag giveaway, you should! It’s free! You can enter here. Good luck! (Follow me on Twitter, Bloglovin and Facebook)

Houlihan Hill

I finally think Spring is here, there are Daisy’s popping up in the grass and the sun seems to be out a lot longer now. I’m excited to see more flowers and warm weather. I was at the park taking these photos and I always find it so fun to see the moon and the sun out together, ha ha. I put those photos at the bottom of this post. I’m wearing my J Brand Houlihan cargo pants, a Topshop cream cardigan, a H&M white tee, my Topshop Asher wedge boots and gold fish ring and my I Love Cutie Pie teapot necklace. I’m finally really excited that the weekend is here, this week feels like it has gone so slowly. Also, stay tuned for my new contest on Monday/Tuesday next week. It’s going to be great for all of you who love bags and Ashley Tisdale’s style 😉 (Follow me on Twitter, Bloglovin and Facebook)

Love Is From The J Brand Earhart

These photos are pretty crazy, first I was having issues trying to stop the sunlight making circles on the photos and then after that it started raining so there are also rain spots in some of these photos too, ha ha. You have to love English weather. So these photos are not the best but some of them look kind of arty. I got sent these J Brand Earhart pants from J Brand a couple of weeks ago and I am reviewing them on DenimBlog. I have a feeling that these are going to be a really big trend, just like their Houlihan pants last Summer. These are so soft and comfy! I’m wearing the J Brand Earhart pants, a H&M white tee, a Topshop yellow cardi, my Topshop Salma black heels and an I Love Cutie Pie Owl clock necklace. There are 6 days left to enter the ShopAkira contest so you can win $100 to spend on Jeffrey Campbell and other items. It’s such an exciting giveaway! You can enter by clicking here. I also have 2 more great contests planned for March! (Follow me on Twitter, Bloglovin and Facebook)

Wildfox For Purple

I’ve had a really quiet weekend so far, I’ve tidied up a lot and did some ‘spring cleaning’ even though it’s not really spring yet! Or is it? The daffodils and other flower shoots are appearing and it’s almost March! I’m so excited for the warmer weather to finally arrive. I’ve got so many shorts and dresses I want to wear! I’m wearing Wildfox denim shorts, Topshop purple tank top, Topshop purple knee high socks, Topshop black boyfriend blazer, Topshop Salma heels, my Topshop purple box bag and an I Love Cutie Pie tea pot necklace. I’ve been wanting to wear shorts for a while but it’s just still too cold, so I thought pairing them with socks would be a good option. I plan on wearing some of my other shorts with tights too. I quite like that look. Since I have been doing so much cleaning out I am still listing things each week on eBay and I have a lot more items in my shop which you can see here. Also, don’t forget to enter my ShopAkira giveaway so you can win a $100 voucher to their online store which stocks brands like Jeffrey Campbell, Jessica Simpson, Sam Edelman and more! Valentines Day

I hope you all had a lovely Valentines Day on Monday! I spent the day with my boyfriend and I was lucky enough to be taken out to a 5 star hotel for lunch! Thankfully the weather stayed sunny and we had a lovely meal. I had a caesar salad and then raspberry sorbet for pudding, my boyfriend had a burger and a winter berry pudding. The food was really delicious and so pretty! That’s saying something as I generally am not that fond of food if I am honest. They even stack the chips like jenga blocks and decorate the plates beautifully! I did have a wonderful time which I am so thankful for, it’s the first time I’ve really done anything like this for a romantic occasion. I also got a really pretty Swarovski pink and purple crystal heart necklace which you can see in the photos. I know my boyfriend reads my blog every day so this is partly a thank you post to him, plus I have more outfit photos inside 😀 I was wearing my J Brand skinnies in Ink, my Topshop boyfriend blazer, a Warehouse lace top, my Christian Louboutin Cramberry Declic, my Adele Marie swarovski bangle, my Azendi Mimosa earrings and carousel ring, my new Swarovski crystal heart necklace and my Mary Frances Take A Bow clutch. So did you all have a wonderful Valentines day and nice weekend? I hope you did! I have also listed some more things on eBay which you can see here. Don’t forget to enter my ShopAkira $100 voucher giveaway as well by clicking here 🙂 (Follow…

Courageous Colourful Coral

This weekend I did a little shopping around town and found some shops I never knew existed in my City. It sparked a few childhood memories as I found one of those strawberry lollipops that is also a whistle! I had to have that and then I found those old mood rings as well, I also had to have one of those! I’ve been wearing it every day since. I love how it changes colour with the temperature. Thank you Hawkins Bazaar for existing! They have so much stuff in there from the past! Even the original toy phones etc from when I was a baby! I’m definitely making a trip back to that store 🙂 I also went round my regular shops and ate lunch outside the Abbey. The Abbey is so beautiful and historic! It’s amazing. I will take some photos of it when I next go into town but I never took a camera with me this time so I took the photos in the woodland area at home. I wore a Coral Dress from Asos, Pewter Bloch Ballerina flats, Ray Ban Aviators, Miss Selfridge Heart Shell necklace, Bangles and a Bow Hair Clip. I then changed for the evening, keeping the same dress and sunglasses but wearing my Topshop T-Bar wedges and a Miss Selfridge colourful Cardigan that I got in the sale. I am in love with this dress and these shoes! I watched the movie Dear John with Channing Tatum and Amanda Seyfried in the evening too. It’s such a beautiful film! I cried during the sad parts but it was amazing. I honestly…

Flower Power

I was so excited when I found this Fuchsia Dress by Mina because it has my favourite flowers on it! Fuchsia Gerberas! I think it’s so pretty and the print is gorgeous! I paired it with my new Topshop T-Bar Wedges in Tan and my Adele Marie Fuchsia Swarovski bangle that I got last year in Harrods on my birthday when I visited London. I normally wouldn’t pick wedges this high but they truly are stunning and I am in love with them! I have worn them for 3 days straight since buying them on Saturday 🙂 This was the first time wearing my Mina dress out though, I’m so glad I did. It’s so bright and it screams Summer. My Adele Marie bangle is actually probably one of my most worn pieces of Jewellery, I have worn it every week since August last year! The sunset was so beautiful this evening too, the entire sky was bright orange! I’m really lucky to live right next to endless fields, it’s mesmerizing when the sun goes down and it looks like the whole sky is glowing orange, red and pink. I have a better blog post coming this week showcasing the wedges more so you can see them but for now I have these flowery photos 🙂 I’m also loving the Fuchsia Gerbera photos with the chocolate heart in the middle. I found those 2 photos on google by Vanessa Pike and I had to share!

The Botanical Gardens & Denim – Part 2

Here is part 2 of the Botanical Gardens I went to over the weekend. I really can’t stress just how beautiful it is there. There’s something about being next to a fresh water stream that trickles down, it’s so relaxing and just nice to sit next to. I love wildlife and nature, the world can be so beautiful, so colourful and pretty sometimes 🙂 My outfits in these photos are: Rock & Republic Harlan in Hacker Blue, Christian Louboutin Coral Pigalle, All Saints Coral scarf and a simple H&M white T-Shirt. The other is my Steve Madden sandals and a unknown blue maxi dress. For more photos and a review of the Rock & Republic jeans please click here.
