Levi’s Sherpa Double Denim Jacket Outfit

Winter Double Denim Style In A Levi’s Sherpa Jacket Winter is so gloomy isn’t it? I feel like these photos capture a pretty true British winter – gritty, dark, miserable looking, wet… what we have grown accustomed too, but it gives a sense of character to the photos. I wonder if our weather is the reason behind why we’re such a miserable nation? Ha ha. This set was shot around new year so literally right in the middle of the cold, but of course it was raining too and this time I didn’t want to wear rain clothes. As much as I love them, it can get tiresome wearing them pretty much everyday thanks to out constant sky shower. Getting to the outfit, I chose to wear my Levi’s Men’s Sherpa Denim Jacket (seen before here) over an ALLSAINTS Roll Neck Jumper that I’ve worn so many times. It’s really thick and warm, so that underneath the thick denim jacket is a combination that kept me nice and toasty. As I love two different shades for double denim, I wore my J Brand Maria Skinny Jeans in Dove as grey and blue are perfect together, then opted for my Sam Edelman Petty Booties. I haven’t worn these in years! I’ve owned them since 2011 (I think) and they are still serving me well. Since it was raining, I wore my Rebecca Mnikoff Mini Mac as I don’t like to wear my designer bags when it’s wet, and then finished it off with my trusty Topshop Scarf. I’ve worn this scarf with almost everything! It’s such a versatile colour. I’m still…

Double Denim With A Christmas Twist

Levi’s Sherpa Denim Jacket With A Christmas Jumper Can you believe it’s literally just 6 days until Christmas? I can’t. Honestly I think 2017 has been the fastest year for me to date. I don’t know if it’s just because the older I get, the faster it goes, or because I’m living by weekend to weekend and work in the weeks that it just gets ahead of me. Either way though, where did it all go? I’m actually excited for a new year to begin though as 2017 hasn’t been the best for me at all. Even though I know it’s literally just another day like the day before, there’s something inviting and welcoming about 2018 and I’m hoping it’s going to be my year! Anyway, getting to my outfit, as I know that’s what you all want to see, I thought I would do a Christmas jumper look that was different. Instead of making my usual festive jumper the star of the show, I thought I would go for layering instead and choose items from the men’s department as I’m always for unisex clothing if it looks good! I chose to wear this men’s Threadbare Christmas Reindeer Jumper which I paired with my AG The Farrah Ankle Skinny Jeans in 13 Years Daybreak Destroyed (read my review on them here). I absolutely love these jeans as you know from my previous favourite jeans round up! I then layered on my men’s Levi’s Sherpa Trucker Denim Jacket and finished it off with my Sam Edelman Blake Boots. Double denim is something that I gravitate towards as a look all the…

Vintage Levi’s Denim Shorts With A White Studded Shirt

(Shorts – Exact, Shirt – Similar, Sandals – Exact, Bag – Exact, Watch – Exact, Bracelets – Exact) I wore this outfit a couple of weeks ago, on the day before my birthday when Adam and I went out to eat lunch. It was still warm and sunny back then, unlike now where we have constant rain and cold. If only the weather would make its mind up! It was nice while it lasted though! For this look, I was wearing my beloved vintage Levi’s denim shorts (I seem to live in these during the Summertime, as do most fashion bloggers) which I paired with my Miss Selfridge studded shoulder shirt. I’ve had both of these pieces for a couple of years now, I just love re-wearing them every now and then. For my bag, I opted for something I have had a long while as well, my Mulberry Lily in Oak. I think this is such a classic and it just goes with everything! I then chose my new brown sandals which I got from ASOS for only £12, such an amazing deal! Finally, I layered on my Olivia Burton butterfly watch and some various different bracelets that I usually tend to gravitate towards. When it’s hot out, I do often find myself reaching for light and easy pieces, just to keep me cool and not have clothing clinging to my body. I am excited for Autumn to finally hit though, when it does. The crisp, cool air and the orange hue of the leaves is something that always makes me happy. It’s definitely my favourite season! Anyway, please…

Vintage Denim Shorts With Plaid Tied Around My Waist

(Shorts – Exact, Shirt – Exact, Top – Exact, Boots – Exact, Sunglasses – Exact) The weather has been so hot lately, which for England is unheard of. We usually get about a week of warm weather in May and then no Summer at all, however it’s consistently been about 28-31 degrees for 4 weeks or more now. It’s just too hot for jeans and my jackets so I have been living in shorts, skirts and dresses. Most of us Brits don’t have air con in our houses either, so it’s pretty unbearable right now. Considering I always love to wear jewellery too, I’ve barely been wearing any as it’s just too hot for it. I wore this outfit a couple of weekends ago to run some errands which is why I don’t have a bag with me, but I wore my Levi’s Vintage Denim Shorts with my Jimmy Choo Melba Boots in Sandalwood again. I adore this combination of denim shorts and boots, although it was a little cooler when I wore this as boots are a no go at the moment. I then paired them with my River Island Purple Top and tied my Paige Kadie Plaid Shirt around my waist, just to add a bit more colour and dimension to the look, I then finished it off with my Ray-Ban Mirrored Aviators in Green. I did wear this plaid shirt and top together before, but in a way that was more suitable for cooler weather. How are you all coping with this crazy heat right now and do you like the outfit?

The Floral Shirt & Denim Shorts At The Park

(Shorts – Exact, Shirt – Exact, Shoes – Exact, Sunglasses – Exact, Bangle – Exact, Watch – Exact) These photos are from two weekends ago when I spent the evening in the Botanical Gardens with my boyfriend. It was pretty much deserted as it was quite late, so it was beautiful to have the place all to ourselves. Since I’m very light footed and a quiet person, animals are always drawn to me as I think they sense that I love them, so feeding them is something that makes me happy and just sitting with them. It’s so relaxing and calming and something that I need every now and then as I’m always so wrapped up in work. I was lucky that it was warm out so I could still be in shorts. Speaking of which, these are my vintage Levi’s denim shorts in black from Urban Outfitters. I got these two years ago, not long after I got my blue pair, however I ended up with a smaller size and didn’t realise, so they had always been too tight on me, but since I have changed shape and lost a few pounds, they fit me now. Tightly I might add, but they do, so I can finally wear them! Now onto this gorgeous shirt, I saw it in the day time before going to the park. It was on the hanger in River Island and I just fell in love with it entirely. It’s really silky and the floral print is very intense and bold. I can’t wait to wear it again, maybe with jeans this time, but it…

Leopard With Denim Shorts & Jimmy Choos

(Shorts – Exact, Shirt – Similar, Boots – Exact, Bag – Exact, Sunglasses – Exact, Watch – Exact) I wore this outfit on Saturday when I went out to lunch with my boyfriend, like usual. We chose my favourite place again, The Real Italian Pizza Co. but it was so hot! As it’s been raining here and cold all the time (last weekend I was in a coat with an umbrella), I certainly welcomed the heat with open arms! I can finally wear my shorts and sunglasses, although even in minimal clothing like this, I was still boiling! I wore my vintage Levi’s Denim Shorts with my Zara Leopard Shirt for the day. I wore a look similar to this in June last year and I thought I would re-create it, just differently, so instead of wearing wedges, I chose my Jimmy Choo Melba boots in Sandalwood as I think they look amazing with shorts! Not all boots work with bare legs, so I’m incredibly happy that these do! They were super comfortable to walk in too, which just makes me love them even more! Now for my accessories, I went with my Mulberry Lily Bag in Oak and my Ray-Ban Aviators. I also wore my Marc by Marc Jacobs Blade Chrono Watch in Rose Gold with various different bracelets, including a Rose Gold Buckle Bangle from Infinitine. This is absolutely gorgeous! The clasp actually opens and then you buckle it shut by snapping the pin through the hole, which I think is incredibly cool since it’s metal! I also have a Rose Gold Fox Ring and a Gold Giraffe…

The Basketball Tee

(Jeans – Similar, Tee – Similar, Shoes – Exact, Watch – Exact, Shades – Exact, Bracelet – Exact) You may remember this Topshop Basketball Tee from my new purchases post that I made last week. Since it’s been plenty warm enough to actually go out in just a t-shirt, this is the first time that I actually got to wear it! I wore it to the Botanical Gardens on Sunday when I went to go and relax, feed the squirrels and birds and just enjoy the Spring time! It’s such a beautiful place and it’s one of my favourites when the weather is warmer. I take nuts and seeds and often sit in a quiet spot and feed the squirrels and birds from my hands as they can be quite tame if they trust you. I plan on posting more photos soon though! I’m really enjoying nature at the moment! I paired my Basketball Tee with my trusty black Levi’s Skinny Jeans as these are one of my go to’s when it comes to black! They fit perfectly and are so comfortable, so they couldn’t be better if they tried! To keep with the black theme, I went with my Christian Louboutin Pigalle 100 in Black to add some height and femininity to the look and then lots of accessories! I chose my new Marc by Marc Jacobs Black Critter Watch which I got from Shade Station, then also my Ray-Ban Erika Sunglasses in Red Velvet, which you just saw yesterday! For bracelets, I went with my Bibi Bijoux Blue Crystal bracelet and a couple of others from ASOS. I’m…

The Oversized Green Plaid Shirt

(Jeans – Exact, Shirt – Exact, Bag – Exact, Boots – Similar, Sunglasses – Exact, Watch – Exact) I wore this outfit yesterday when I went to the cinema with my boyfriend. We watched Captain America 2 at a half 11 showing in the morning and then went for a walk around town afterwards. I absolutely love Captain America as you may have already noticed before, so I wasn’t disappointed by the film at all! After the movie, we headed up the top of town and found this beautiful art museum in an old house. It was really picturesque and just as you would imagine old England to be. The grounds were lovely and that’s where we decided to shoot our photos for the day. I’m so glad the weather has made a turn around, it’s been warm and sunny for a while now! It’s exciting to us Brits! I wore my Urban Renewal Oversized Green Plaid Shirt over a simple white tee from H&M. I actually got this shirt off the mannequin in Urban Outfitters as it was the only one in this colour combination. It’s such a bright and intense green, I didn’t even worry that it’s much too big for me. I think it looks fine when it’s worn slouchy anyway. I paired it with my classic Black Levi’s Skinny Jeans and KG by Kurt Geiger Winona Boots as I love these boots with these jeans, they really lengthen my legs as they are the same colour. I definitely don’t recommend walking around for ages in these shoes though, my feet were killing me after a while! For…
