My Casual London Style For Press Events

(Jeans – Similar, Jumper – Similar, Jacket – Exact, Shoes – Exact) This is the outfit that I have worn twice now for both my trips to London in the past two weeks. I always like to wear something casual and comfy since I have to do a lot of travelling in the from of trains, taxis and some walking. I took the outfit photos last week when the weather was ok, as yesterday I couldn’t take any due to the heavy rain and winds. I’m wearing my Diesel skinny jeans, a Topshop white jumper and camo army jacket, my Daniel Wellington watch and my ASH Bowie trainers/sneakers. I have included some London scenery photos as I know you guys appreciate it. I have the classic English phone box, St. Pancras Station, London taxis and buses and a couple of photos that I posted on DenimBlog from the Diesel Spring/Summer 2013 press day. I get so tired with all of the travelling to London, so I’m glad that I have a two week break before the last one. Aviator Style

(Jeans – Similar, Jacket – Similar, Jumper – Similar, Boots – Similar) As the weather is getting incredibly cold now, I am always wearing layers and big jackets to keep me warm. I sort of need to stock up on some new styles, but this is an entire old season outfit as everything is from last year or before. I don’t mind though as I think some pieces are always timeless and shouldn’t be dated! I’m wearing Diesel skinny jeans, a Topshop brown knitted jumper and old Aviator style coat with my Elizabeth and James E-Moxy booties. I just got back from another round of press events in London today and got incredibly wet from the rain and blown away by the wind, but I saw some really cute pieces from brands. Unfortunately I can’t share them with you yet though as it’s too soon. I did put some London scenery on my social media though, if you want to take a look. What do you think of the outfit?

Cuffed Diesel Jeans With A Cream Blazer

(Jeans – Similar, Blazer – Similar, Bag – Similar, Shoes – Exact) I want to apologise for not being able to post much this week. The simple reason for that is because my internet has been playing up and not letting me access my blog properly, so currently I am making this post from my friends. I am hoping it’s resolved sooner rather than later because it’s been absolutely frustrating! I’m wearing my Diesel skinny jeans, a Topshop cream blazer, flower necklace and lace up shoes with my trusty H&M white t-shirt and my Mulberry Alexa Clutch in Powder Beige Sparkle Tweed. This is an outfit I wore last weekend to lunch and shopping with my boyfriend in town. I decided on wearing my jeans cuffed with some lace up flats, but made it more classic with the cream blazer and flower necklace. I actually really love the way it turned out and how simple it is! What do you think? On a side note, I’m hoping the weather warms up soon though, I like being able to wear sunglasses as I think they make a look even better, so I’m going to be on the look out for some more designer sun glasses that I would love to own, or similar ones, I think I need some new styles and shapes. For a blogger my collection is actually quite limited, ha ha, but I put that down to being English!

Some Quick Snaps From Somerset House In London

Since the London trips are pretty much planned down to the last minute, I don’t really have any time to take photos of anything else other than the collections. It literally involves going from the train, into a taxi, to the location, into a taxi, to another location and so on until I get in a taxi and go to Paddington Station to get back on the train to come home. However, when I was at Somerset House, the location was so beautiful I had to snap a few quick photos on my way out. Somerset House is actually the location where they hold most of the London Fashion Week shows, so I was very excited to visit it and check it out. It’s a beautiful place and I got to see Buckingham Palace, Big Ben and the London Eye again while travelling in a taxi! I was wearing my Diesel Jeggings, my Topshop white jumper/sweater and bag, my Zara coat, my River Island pastel scarf and my Sam Edelman Petty booties. Luckily, while I was inside Somerset House seeing the new AW12 styles, it was pouring down with rain, but when it was time to leave, the sun came out and it dried up. It’s just a shame the second time around that I was in London, I wasn’t as lucky and did get soaked. Anyway, have any of you been to Somerset House before? And I hope you are enjoying my AW12 posts! Pegasus Pastels

I put this outfit together a few weeks ago when the weather was really warm and since it’s now back to being rainy, cold and gloomy, I thought posting it now would cheer my weather blues up a bit and remind me that warmer weather will arrive soon! I hope… You never can tell living here! I’m wearing a Workshop Pegasus print t-shirt (bought at Topshop), my DIY Diesel Matic shorts, my Topshop wedges, ASOS pastel gummy bracelets and my Ray-Ban Cats 5000 Havana sunglasses. I saw this t-shirt about 2 months ago in Topshop in the boutique section and I thought it was adorable! I love the pink and purple tone and also the fact that it’s actually a print of Pegasus. I made these shorts about 3 years ago too, I had a few pairs of Diesel Matic 81M (one of my favourite jeans) and I wanted to turn one into shorts, which I love, although sometimes I feel like they are just a little too short. It’s hard getting that balance in denim shorts! P.S – Just to fill you in as well, I attended a big press event at Somerset House in London today and I saw the new collections from quite a few brands. I’ve Fallen In Diesel Love All Over Again

I couldn’t think of a title for this post that would be really interesting so I just went with how I feel. I found these jeans at the Diesel store in London a couple of weeks ago after seeing the new collections at the headquarters, and I was very lucky to be given them to review for DenimBlog. Diesel was one of my first denim loves, maybe coming up to 5 years ago. Now they have completely redesigned the women’s collection and having these jeggings really did make me fall in love with the brand all over again. I’m wearing Diesel Jegonfire skinny jeans, an old All Saints white jersey top and my Kurt Geiger nude Eleanor heels. Since these jeans are now one of my new favourites, I love to pair them with a really simple outfit like this one. They have so much detail on them that I love, like the moto knee stitching and the rip as well as the pretty wash, I don’t want to overshadow it. I’m really glad that Diesel did start doing jeggings, these are the comfiest pair I own by the brand! I can’t get enough of them! What do you think of them? Do you love them too? My Diesel Jogg Jeans Feature

This is an outfit I put together for a feature on the Diesel website. They sent me their new Jogg Jeans to style, along with some other bloggers, to put together as a collection/collage on their site. I did this for DenimBlog and I had a lot of fun styling a pair of pants that I wouldn’t normally wear. I wasn’t sure what route to go down with these as they are sweat pants mixed with a pair of jeans so I decided to crop them so they hit at the calves and roll the waist band over so the crotch wasn’t as low. I’m wearing the Diesel Jogg Jeans, a H&M white t-shirt and gold bangles, a Miss Selfridge black waistcoat and River Island white pumps/flats. This is definitely not an outfit I would usually wear but I actually ended up loving the look in the end. What do you think of it? I found them difficult to mix things with though, I wasn’t sure if I should try to smarten them up or if I should just keep them casual like they are. They are definitely so comfy though! A Hot Day In Town

So it was boiling hot this weekend, well hot for England anyway, perhaps not hot for you Australians or LA readers, ha ha! But everyone pulled out their shorts and tees, including me. I jump at the chance to wear my Summer clothes! I just love to look out the window and see a blue sky and smile! I’m wearing Diesel Mintha shorts I got on sale around Christmas, a River Island dog tee I also picked up in the sale last week, New Look sandals which I am in love with and orange bangle and a Topshop ring and orange bag with my Ray Ban Cats 5000 sunglasses. I know it’s only Tuesday but I am really looking forward to the weekend now! Did any of you see Lady Gaga falling off her piano in concert? I only saw it today and I think she handled it pretty well.
