Hidden In The Waxwork

I have been loving the waxed denim look for a while now and I fell in love with these Citizens of Humanity waxed skinny jeans. I love the Avedon skinny fit and I thought these would make a nice change but I was a little bit gutted because they are not as shiny as I had hoped for. I want a pair that really looks like faux leather so my search is still continuing! I think it’s an amazing trend though. I’m wearing Citizens of Humanity waxed jeans, a Topshop zipper back vest, my Topshop Salma black heels, my Topshop boyfriend ruched sleeve blazer and my Topshop corsage chain necklace. I’m also still on the hunt for the perfect winter coat, I have been looking everywhere and I can’t seem to find one. I thought Topshop would have one I liked but unfortunately they don’t. I have some really exciting news to share with you very soon about a little collaboration I have been working on as well so stay tuned! Wildfox’s Lucky Number Seven

Sorry I haven’t posted an outfit post for a while, I have been so busy with other posts and DenimBlog posts I haven’t had the time. I was thinking today, I actually can’t believe it’s October already! It’s Christmas in 2 months and I have no idea where this year has gone! Everything is just flying by so fast now. The days are getting colder and darker as well unfortunately but I am stocking up on my Winter necessities which include fleece boots and jackets to keep me warm 🙂 I’m wearing a Wildfox Kitten t-shirt, 7 For All Mankind Gwenevere jeans, my Bloch flats and a River Island pink bangle. I’ve been living in these 7 For All Mankind jeans actually, they are so comfy and the wash is really pretty! I’ve normally been a fan of the darker blue washes but lately I’ve started to like the medium/lighter washes more. I also like flared jeans a lot more now too! Hopefully I will get a few more pairs of those. I have another contest to start as soon as the ‘item’ gets here, as you know I run a contest every month on my blog, I’m really excited about this one, it’s truly beautiful! One thing I do like about the colder months is the great TV shows and movies that are available to watch, I especially love the X Factor! 😀 (Follow me on Twitter, Bloglovin and Facebook)

Birds Of Paradise & Jessica Simpson Jeans

I am really not liking my hair at the moment, I haven’t had it cut for a while and it’s getting a bit uncontrollable. The main reason I haven’t been to the hairdressers is because I don’t really like going, it takes so long to wash/cut/dry my hair as it’s so thick, I don’t like sitting there that long, haha. I do really need to go though, I am half tempted to try a new style but I am not sure what. I’m wearing a pair of the new Jessica Simpson denim leggings, an All Saints birds t-shirt, a Topshop sleeveless PU leather jacket, my Topshop Salma black heels and an ASOS chain and fabric bracelet. I got given these jeans by the Jessica Simpson team and they wanted me to style them so I decided to go for a bit more of a rock chick look rather than my usual girly style. I love them though! I was so suprised with how comfy they are and how flattering, especially because they barely cost anything to buy! I know the Fashion Week blogs are taking up most of the posts on my blog recently so I hope you are enjoying them! I still have loads to do but I am trying to only do what I think are the best ones and the most popular ones. Paris Fashion Week kicked off on Tuesday and from tomorrow onwards they will be having the hottest shows, I can’t wait! I will be covering them as soon as photos are available! I hope everyone is enjoying the last day of September! (Follow me…

Fly Like A Bird

The weather is really strange here at the moment. It’s going from hot to cold a lot during the day and earlier we had a crazy freak thunder storm! I hate thunder! I’m always so scared of it. One thing I do find much better is that I am not roasting anymore, it really was getting much too hot before! I’m wearing my Topshop boyfriend blazer, my Paige Premium Lou Lou Tulip flared jeans, my Topshop clogs, a vintage Topshop gold silk cami top, a Topshop bag, Miss Selfridge rings and a Topshop necklace. The cami top may look familiar to you because I wore the pewter one the other day, I have both colours and I really love them at the moment. As always, I am still wearing a lot of Topshop clothes, I adore Topshop, but I have noticed I don’t seem to be wearing as much pink anymore! I have no idea what’s happened but I like to go for more darker shades at the moment. I have this thing for bird jewellery too, I’ve been stocking up on cute necklaces and rings with birdies on them. I do love animal jewellery! I found it funny that I saw Konnie on the Xtra Factor over the weekend wearing the exact same necklace! (Follow me on Twitter, Bloglovin and Facebook)

Blazers & Over The Knee Boots

So these are the boots I have been very excited to share with you! I bought them last week and I was so excited because I finally found boots that fit me! They come in a range of different calf sizes and I have very small calves (only 33cm) but quite big feet (UK size 6/7) so you can imagine my happiness when I found a pair that actually fit me! Boots have always just been too big in the calves for me. I’m going to be doing a proper post on the DUO Boots brand later this week because I think a lot of you will find the brand great! I’m wearing a new Topshop boyfriend blazer, an old vintage Topshop silk top I found in my closet from years ago, my Citizens of Humanity jeggings which I also found in my closet, my new DUO over the knee boots, my vintage Topshop metallic pink clutch, Miss Selfridge rings, a Topshop silver Bambi and flowers necklace and my Adele Marie swarovski bangle. I can definitely tell that it’s Fall/Autumn now as it’s been really cold and it’s getting darker a lot earlier. It kind of excites me! I need to do some coat shopping as I don’t have a new one that I can wear. I’m on the lookout for a pretty cream coloured one with lots of buttons. (Follow me on Twitter, Bloglovin and Facebook)

Leather Style Jackets & Boots

Happy 1st of September everyone! Where has this year gone?! I can’t believe we are going right into Autumn already, it feels like only a few weeks ago that Summer was just beginning. It’s crazy! I’ve always loved the look of leather jackets but I prefer to wear the non leather ones so I am really happy that lots of shops are now bringing out the PU versions! I’ve been wearing this hooded dark brown one a lot lately, I got it a couple of weeks ago and I LOVE it! I can’t get enough of it. I love pairing it with dark brown shoes 🙂 I’m wearing a Topshop hooded PU leather jacket, Paige Premium Verdugo jeggings, vintage Topshop boots, River Island white tank top and a Miss Selfridge fabric and beaded style necklace. I am enjoying the cooler weather though and I am excited to be able to wear more jackets and boots now. I get bored really quickly of only being able to wear a certain type of outfit because of the weather so I am happily embracing the arrival of Autumn. I also included some photos from Saturday of the beautiful Abbey and my favourite display in the Topshop window…shoes! 😀 Please enter my K.B Lush denim jewellery giveaway as well, it’s completely free and you can win an amazing piece from them! They have the cutest and girliest bracelets, I love them! Click here to find out how to enter. (Follow me on Twitter, Bloglovin and Facebook)
