How To Wear A Boda Skins Kay Michaels Leather Jacket

Boda Skins Kay Michaels Women’s Leather Jacket With Skinny Jeans I recently shared with you my Boda Skins Kay Michaels Women’s Leather Jacket review and you all loved it! So many of you commented how much you adored the jacket and even some of you purchased one (as you told me), so I’m really excited to show you my first outfit combination featuring it. I wore it out a couple of weekends ago and it was actually freezing, so don’t be fooled by the photos, but I thought it would look good against Great Pulteney Street in Bath as the backdrop. It’s really fancy up the top of town and there’s some great steps to sit on. For my outfit, I decided to style my Boda Skins Kay Michaels in Antique Creased Brown with my AG The Farrah Ankle Jeans in 18 Years Cruising, a simple GAP Long Sleeve T-Shirt and my REISS Ankle Boots. The boots actually ended up being almost the perfect shade to match the brown leather jacket. I definitely plan on wearing it again with black skinny jeans, but for the first look I wanted to wear light blue, to really make the jacket the focal point of the outfit. My tips on how to wear a Boda Skins Kay Michaels would definitely be based on your personality and the season. I think one of the most winning combinations for women is with skinny jeans and heels/boots as it’s feminine mixed with tough, but it’s definitely going to work with trainers as well for a more casual approach. Skinny jeans are definitely what I see the…

Back To The End Of Summer Outfit

Skinny Jeans And A Simple Roll Neck Jumper Can you believe it’s almost February? I’m losing track of how fast everything is literally going, especially when I shot a lot of outfit photos in advance to prepare for the awful winter I was expecting us to have here in the UK. I’m glad I did as I’ve had one outfit in particular planned for about 3-4 weeks and haven’t been able to wear it at all due to the rain, freezing temperatures and wind. It’s made photoshoots increasingly difficult! I have one here that we shot around the end of summer/early autumn though and I’m finally sharing it with you as I prepare for the warmer weather. I know I said I didn’t like summer because it gets too hot, but at the moment I am grateful for any amount of heat that we might get anytime soon – please! Ha ha. For this outfit I chose to wear my AG The Farrah Ankle Skinny Jeans in 13 Years Daybreak Destroyed (you’ve seen them before here and they’re on sale!) and styled them with my Topshop Roll Neck Top (seen here and here). This was a combination that I actually threw together after I’d worn the tapestry dress in a previous shoot, and I liked how it looked! I finished it off with my Jimmy Choo Melba Booties and my Mulberry Lily Bag in Oak. Again, all of these items are pieces I have worn numerous times and the jeans and top are two of my favourites in my closet, so I’m sticking to my re-wearing rule quite nicely at…

Double Denim With A Christmas Twist

Levi’s Sherpa Denim Jacket With A Christmas Jumper Can you believe it’s literally just 6 days until Christmas? I can’t. Honestly I think 2017 has been the fastest year for me to date. I don’t know if it’s just because the older I get, the faster it goes, or because I’m living by weekend to weekend and work in the weeks that it just gets ahead of me. Either way though, where did it all go? I’m actually excited for a new year to begin though as 2017 hasn’t been the best for me at all. Even though I know it’s literally just another day like the day before, there’s something inviting and welcoming about 2018 and I’m hoping it’s going to be my year! Anyway, getting to my outfit, as I know that’s what you all want to see, I thought I would do a Christmas jumper look that was different. Instead of making my usual festive jumper the star of the show, I thought I would go for layering instead and choose items from the men’s department as I’m always for unisex clothing if it looks good! I chose to wear this men’s Threadbare Christmas Reindeer Jumper which I paired with my AG The Farrah Ankle Skinny Jeans in 13 Years Daybreak Destroyed (read my review on them here). I absolutely love these jeans as you know from my previous favourite jeans round up! I then layered on my men’s Levi’s Sherpa Trucker Denim Jacket and finished it off with my Sam Edelman Blake Boots. Double denim is something that I gravitate towards as a look all the…

Ripped Knee Skinny Jeans

AG The Stilt Ripped Knee Skinny Jeans Given how much I love jeans, you would think that I would have worn a blue pair in almost every outfit, but I actually think the last time I posted photos of me in blue skinny jeans was back in July, then prior to that it was April! How crazy is that? Due to the Summer being here, I have been favouring denim skirts and shorts a lot more, as well as dresses, so the only denim I have been opting for when the weather is cooler is black or grey jeans because they work as neutral basis to my outfits. With that being said though, it doesn’t mean I don’t wear blue skinny jeans anymore, I still do, all the time, often for errands and general day to day wear, but for some reason I haven’t included them in my outfits as much lately. That’s changing from here on out though as the weather cools down. I’ve got a few new blue skinny jeans that I am in love with when it comes to the washes, especially my new MOTHER The Stunner Ankle Zip Step Fray Jeans in Good Girls Do. Those are incredible! For this outfit here though, I chose to wear my AG The Stilt Crop Jeans in 18 Years Ripped from last year with an older River Island Floral Shirt. I was in the mood for something feminine and comfortable, which is why I went for something easy like this. I finished it off with my Mulberry Lily Bag in Oak, my RAYE Sandals, and my gorgeous Links of…

A Masculine Touch

The burgundy Deichmann Lace Up shoes Over the many years that I have been writing and blogging, I have always found comfort in my own style and felt like I had a signature look. It wasn’t until the past year or so that I’ve matured even more and developed a liking for different trends and styles, so you could say that I have branched out a lot and really begun to experiment more with my clothes and accessories. Most recently, I have been into vintage inspired dresses and feminine looks, however, I wanted to change it up a notch and do more of a masculine, androgynous ensemble like this one. I have always loved how some fashion bloggers and models carry off looks like these and I was very much inspired to try it for myself, with the help of Deichmann and a brand new shoe collaboration they have just released today. Following in the footsteps of Halle Berry, Cindy Crawford and Caroline Blomst, fashion blogger Hanneli Mustaparta is the next lovely lady to design a collection with the fashionable and affordable footwear brand, and it definitely represents her personal style down to the sole. Lace ups, slip ons, Chelsea boots and heels, This new Deichmann collection is just how it feels, To fall in love with some gorgeous new shoes, But my question to you is, which ones would you choose? When I first saw the new Deichmann x Hanneli Mustaparta collection, I was instantly drawn to these edgy lace up shoes in burgundy. No surprises there since they are burgundy, but I was most attracted to the shape…

Chicago Bears & Skinny Jeans

The Chicago Bears T-Shirt with AG Skinny Jeans I hope you all had a lovely weekend and managed to avoid the constant downpour of rain we are having! Saturday was extremely hot though, it was around 27 degrees and I was sweating for most of the day, then yesterday it was cold and wet. Sometimes I can’t make sense of the British weather, but I know it’s a classic English thing to do, complain about it, ha ha! Getting to my outfit, I wanted to do a look that’s comfortable, casual and a little sporty this time around. I tend to not wear printed t-shirts very often at all, but if I do, I always like to try and give them more of a feminine edge. I thought this Junkfood Chicago Bears T-Shirt was so cool when I first saw it! Grey is a colour that I tend to drift towards a lot and it matched my AG The Stilt Crop Jeans in 18 Years Ripped perfectly! I’m not really a huge NFL fan as I find it hard to understand such a strategic game with all the stopping and starting, I tend to prefer faster sports, but I do love this t-shirt! Moving on to the jeans though, these might be my new favourite AG Jeans! I always have a weakness for their amazing, authentic looking washes and even though I usually pick the Legging cut, I decided to try the Stilt Crop and I adore it. The denim is a lot softer these days, very similar to the Legging denim actually, so they are extremely comfortable. Usually cropped…

The Long Grey Jacket With Over The Knee Boots

Grey long waistcoat with skinny jeans and over the knee boots It’s been a long while since I shared an outfit post with you on my fashion blog, which I apologise for, but I have been a little under the weather recently, so I haven’t really been able to concentrate fully on doing an outfit shoot to the best of my ability. I’m about 90% better now, so I hope it continues that way and doesn’t relapse. I wore this outfit on the weekend though when I went to town with Adam. We had some lunch and then we sat in the park for a while as it was a really nice day, so we enjoyed the sunshine, flowers and nature. Those of you who don’t follow me on Instagram will probably be thinking that something looks different about me here, and you are right, I had my hair chopped off. I had been contemplating going shorter for a couple of months and I finally made the decision to do it a few days ago. I was really tired of my long hair as it was constantly knotty, really hard to maintain and manage and it looked quite damaged on the ends as the hair was really old, plus, after having hair that long for well over 6 years, I thought it was time for a change. I had about 7 inches taken off in total and I actually donated the hair that I had chopped off to the Little Princess Trust who make real hair wigs for children with cancer. I was so nervous about doing it and thinking…

Roses Upon My Leather Jacket

Roses on my leather motor bike jacket with skinny jeans I hope you all had a lovely weekend! I said I would share my outfit that I wore in my blogs birthday video with you soon and here it is! This is the exact look that I was wearing in this video as we shot the photos after we had finished filming. It’s probably more of a classic look for me, with a bit of a twist since I was wearing a roses and jewel print leather jacket from ASOS instead of a plain black one! I actually got this jacket a few months ago with a discount code and I couldn’t love it more, it’s just go gorgeous in person and I love the print on it. It is a faux leather though, so it’s price and animal friendly. I layered it over a simple grey tee and paired it with my AG Raw Hem Legging Jeans (buy similar jeans here at Debenhams) and my Topshop Gabbi Heels, finished with a gold tooth shape necklace from Boohoo. I would love to know what you think of this outfit, so definitely leave me a comment below! (Jeans – Exact & Similar, Jacket – Exact, Top – Exact, Shoes – Similar, Necklace – Similar)
