It’s been one of those months where everything has been a bit of a blur and I’m still trying to figure things out and get organised. The last couple of weekends have been good though as I managed to get a lot of sorting out done, my schedule is organised, I’m up to date with everything so I’m heading into this week clearly and it’s a good feeling. It’s funny how organising things makes you have a clearer mind, isn’t it? Anyway, getting to this post, my Currently Craving Wish List is here! For the first one of the year, I’ve chosen quite a few simple things and I love them all! Some are really great for Valentine’s Day like those beautiful red Topshop Boots, or the heart glitter earrings, and especially the Yankee Candle roses candle, but I also thought the Kate Spade Love Letters Bag was just adorable! How cute is that for a Valentine’s Day inspired moment? I fell in love with it! My 2018 Ultimate Designer Wish List

I thought I would do a different type of post today and share with you the items I am in love with, but in a different way to my Currently Craving Wish Lists as this contains the pieces I definitely want. I managed to tick a few things off my wish list last year like the Gucci GG Belt and Princetown Loafers, as well as the Gucci Marmont Belt Bag and the Dionysus Shoulder Bag. Yep, I did go a little crazy over Gucci last year, but so did everyone. They were literally the brand to watch! My tastes this year though so far are much more varied when it comes to brands and items, so I’m looking at Celine, Boda Skins, Balenciaga, Mansur Gavriel, Chanel, Chloe and even Golden Goose. Of course Stuart Weitzman is always on my list, but not included in this wish list for 2018 as I’m uncertain on the fit compared to the custom size boots I usually get. My 7 Must Have Premium Skinny Jeans – I Live In Them! When it comes to denim, I’ve been working with it since I was about 18 (almost 12 years). I have written about my back story and how I got into jeans and premium denim in the first place (read it here), and even though I own The Jeans Blog, which is where I publish everything denim related, including my denim reviews, I thought it might be nice to share something jeans related here too! Christmas Gift Guide From Me, My Mum & Adam

Raindrops of Sapphire Christmas Gift Guide It’s Christmas! Well, almost! December is the best month in the Winter and I’m still always excited by the lights, the festivities and everything else! I always do a gift guide for Christmas every single year, but this time I thought I might do something a bit different. Instead of choosing all the items myself, I’ve got a gift guide from my mum and Adam as well. I’m very aware that as a solo female blogger, my tastes in things are often not as broad as they could be for every one of you, which is why I’ve gone for three options! My gift guide covers all the things I like and think would make good Christmas presents, based on me as an almost 30 year old female that’s into fashion and accessories (but not so much into beauty). My mum is 51 so she has more of a liking to things that would be suitable for the older lady and she adores beauty (as I’m sure you can tell). Then finally, Adam is 35 and his tastes vary as a fashionable male that also loves gadgets and gaming, so items that could be suitable for the men in your life. 12 Funky Unisex Christmas Jumpers

12 Funky & Cool Unisex Christmas Jumpers When it comes to December, I’m all about Christmas jumpers! Heck, I’ve been wearing them in November too! That’s how much I love them. I’m no stranger to creating different outfits that incorporate festive knitwear either as I’m sure you can remember quite a few of the outfits I’ve worn on my fashion blog that include them! For those of you who are newer to Raindrops of Sapphire, or those who just want to see again, I’ve included some of my favourites at the bottom of this post. Last year you might have remembered that Adam gave me this super cool Marvel Captain America Christmas Jumper which you can see above (available in the US here), and I’m planning on wearing it again soon. He has the Street Fighter one that I got him from the same brand, so we might go matching! I also have a new Christmas sweatshirt that I wore a couple of weeks ago and will be featuring on the blog very soon, other than that one that I got on ASOS for £10 with my voucher, I haven’t bought any new ones as I’m making do with the jumpers I have. Currently Craving Wish List: November 2017

Not because of the weather, I really dislike December for that, but because it’s a festive month and everyone has an excuse to be jolly and kind! I know us Brits are known for being grumpy, so the Christmas period always comes with that reason for people to be silly and wear funny Christmas knitwear, or just to be kind because there’s a reason. I feel like this should transition to every month though as there’s always reason to be kind. It’s also the month that Adam and I get to spend extra time with each other, away from work, so that excites me! Plus… there’s Christmas lights everywhere! We even have fake snow every hour in Southgate here in Bath! Don’t worry though, this isn’t my last wish list before Christmas! I will be doing an actual Christmas gift guide in December, around the 10th, and this time it’s a bit different. I’m including a collage from myself, one from my mum, and one from Adam. That way almost all the bases are covered when it comes to gifts for different people and ages. Currently Craving Wish List: October 2017

I know I say it every single time I do these roundups, but I seriously feel like the time is speeding up the closer it gets to the end of the year. It’s what it feels like. Sometimes I can’t believe that another week has passed and it only felt like 2 days went by. It’s kind of scary! But since everything is changing and more and more items are coming out to buy, these posts are always exciting! My wish list collage above has a varied mix of things in it that I think are really cool. The purple and blue iridescent bag is stunning, those jeans are classic, the velvet embroidered slip dress would be ideal with the leather jacket, the yellow knitwear is so vibrant, the star print wrap dress would be perfect with the burgundy thigh high boots! The yellow velvet blazer is just amazing, as are the white and black booties, then the pink bag is beautiful, and everyone needs a fancy candle. There’s a combination of high and low pieces here and you could create so many different outfits with each of them. That’s something I often envision when I create the collages. Citizens of Humanity always make some of the best skinny jeans, as do AGOLDE, so that’s why I often include them in my roundups as jeans are the ultimate base for me. I…

My Wedding Dress Ideas

As you know, Adam and I got engaged last year in July at St. Ives and it was tough for a while learning to call him my fiance, which I still feel awkward saying sometimes because it always brings the age old question of ‘when are you getting married?’ and it’s never something I can answer with a date. So to clarify that for everyone, we both want to live together once we get married and neither of us are in a position to do that at the moment so the wedding wont be just yet. We’re in no rush, marriage doesn’t change our actual relationship so there’s no urgency right now. With that being said though, it never stops me looking at wedding dresses and getting inspiration for what I want to wear from time to time. I have narrowed it down to what I love and what I think I want in a wedding dress, so there’s a few different options, which is why I have put this blog post together to share with you the type of style I would go for. We are going to have a small wedding which is just close family, so there’s no big event, no over the top decor etc., just something simple and elegant, so really the dress is going to be the main focal point in terms of physical items at a wedding. I’ve taken a lot into account with my body shape, whether or not I want lace (I do! No pun intended!) and whether certain materials or shapes are better suited to me, and these are the…
