My Rebecca Minkoff Mini MAB Totes In Port & Plum

I recently realised that I never gave you all a dedicated post to my Rebecca Minkoff Mini MAB Totes! Since they have both become one of my favourite bags, which I wear a lot in outfit posts, I thought it would be a good idea to show you them properly! I have one in Port Burgundy and the other one in Plum Purple, for those of you who haven’t seen them. They do hold a lot of things actually, despite being quite small. Due to the fact they are like a tote, they can hold a lot more than a standard zip top bag, which is great. I don’t carry a lot of things around with me in general, just my phone, purse, lip balm, tissues and keys, so I never need a lot of room, but I think for a small bag, the Mini MAB is really good! I love the fact that you can detach the strap as well and just carry it like a tote, but if you don’t want to, you can strap it back on and wear it as a cross body bag like I do. I don’t think these colours are available anymore as they were from Autumn, but you can buy other colours and sizes online at Shopbop by clicking here.

Balenciaga Baby Daim Giant Black Suede Mini City

Balenciaga Baby Daim Giant Black Suede Mini City Bag My Dream Bag… I don’t usually make these types of posts anymore and haven’t in a long time, however I thought it would be relevant as it’s kind of personal. Ever since I took a trip to London a couple of months ago and entered Harvey Nichols in Knightsbridge, I completely fell in love with the Balenciaga Mini City bags! I had always been a fan of the City style, but it hadn’t ever crossed my mind about owning one because they were too big and extremely expensive, so when I saw the Mini City versions, I was besotted! The size is completely perfect for me as it’s not too small or too big, it’s just the right length and height. I think it looks even more gorgeous than the bigger versions as well since it’s a little more compacted. Those of you who know me will know that I never have lamb or goat leather bags or shoes because when I was younger, I pretty much had a pet sheep and goat, so I just can’t do it, but I found the suede version which isn’t made from either, unlike most Balenciaga bags! I don’t have an all black bag and I don’t have one made from suede either. I think this Balenciaga Mini City in Black Suede would be one of the most perfect bags ever for me! I haven’t wanted a bag this much since I was on the hunt for the Mulberry Mini Taylor in Deer Brown for over a year! That’s how much I love this…

My New Embossed Cambridge Satchel in Honeysuckle

A few weeks ago, I purchased this gorgeous Cambridge Satchel in Honeysuckle from the Cambridge Satchel website. I already own two Cambridge Satchels, one in Vintage Brown and the other in Wine Matte, so this now makes my third. I hadn’t ever seen this Honeysuckle colour before, until I came across it on the website. As soon as I saw it, I fell completely in love with it! It was inspired by the Chelsea Flower Show and the gorgeous tones that you see amongst the flowers. I’m not usually the type of person that wears a huge amount of orange, but I just thought this amazing shade of orange was gorgeous! In person, the Honeysuckle colour is a lot like the orange tulips you can get. It’s got that perfect spring/summer floral tone to it, with a pastel depth. Since Cambridge Satchel first came on the scene, I really wanted to get a neon pink one with my initials LB embossed in silver, however I never ended up buying the neon pink purely because I didn’t think it would be entirely practical. I decided to get my initials embossed on this Honeysuckle Cambridge Satchel though and I opted for gold. I think the metallic gold really compliments the pastel orange and I am finally happy to have a Cambridge Satchel that’s embossed! I did purchase the 11″ satchel as I find that’s the perfect size for me, it’s the smallest that the brand do, but it’s a great size for me! I haven’t yet had chance to wear this gorgeous bag as I haven’t worn an outfit that would match…

My New Rebecca Minkoff Mini Mac Bag in Port

About two weeks ago, I got my third Rebecca Minkoff bag! I purchased the Mini Mac in Port from Shopbop as it’s almost identical to the original Burgundy Mini Mac that I wanted last year. I didn’t think Rebecca Minkoff would be releasing such a similar colour again as I know she never repeats the same colour twice, but the Port is pretty much identical to the Burgundy, just a little more purple in the undertones. When I saw this online, I immediately fell in love with it. As you know, I have a huge addiction to anything burgundy. Usually pink is my favourite colour, but for some unknown reason, I go weak at the knees for burgundy shades that are deep and rich, I have no idea why! I originally said that I wouldn’t buy anymore Rebecca Minkoff bags as I was fine with my Lilac Mini Mac and my Mint Mini 5 Zip, but I really couldn’t help myself with this Port Mini Mac. I would have regretted it so much if I never purchased it since I was looking around for ages last year for the burgundy one, as it sold out. I imagine this one will sell out quite quickly too. I have already worn it twice and definitely plan on wearing it often since I think that deep red makes for a great neutral, just as much as black or beige does. You can actually watch my video review on this bag here on my YouTube account and you can purchase the bag here online at Shopbop.com. What do you think of my new Rebecca…

Rebecca Minkoff Lilac Mini Mac & Mint Mini 5 Zip

I have always had a lust for Rebecca Minkoff mini bags as I just love the way they look, but for a really long time I never felt like I should purchase one as I didn’t know if they were really my style. My mind changed though as soon as I saw the new spring colours of lilac and mint. I wasn’t sure on the lilac mini mac at first when I bought it, but it quickly grew on me! The things throwing me off originally were how heavy the bag was for a small cross body and generally it not being very stand out. I ended up changing my mind though the more I looked at it and tried it on and it’s become one of my favourites. I think the subtlety of the pastel purple is really nice for a change. So that was my first Rebecca Minkoff bag and I got it at the beginning of April last month. I had been deciding between the two, the mini mac in lilac and the mini 5 zip in mint, but I decided on the purple first due to it being more versatile for me. The mini 5 zip in mint actually went out of stock not long after, so my thoughts of purchasing it in the future were squashed. I was looking online for some weeks in the hope that it would come back in stock, and eventually it did! So I never even hesitated and snapped it up quickly. Buying both of these blew out my shopping budget for about 2 months though which is why I…

My Mulberry Mini Taylor In Deer Brown

Since mid 2011, I have been after this gorgeous Mulberry Mini Taylor in Deer Brown. It sold out super quickly 2 years ago and was only on sale at a couple of places, so I missed out on the opportunity to get one. I had been scouring eBay since then and waiting for one to appear at the Factory Outlets, but I had no such luck. You may remember that I got the Mini Taylor in Sycamore in the Deer Brown’s place because I loved the shape of the bag. I still love that one, but a couple of weeks ago my beloved Deer Brown Mini Taylor showed up on eBay from a Purse Forum member and I snapped it up! It was much much less than the retail price and I actually couldn’t be happier with it. It’s perfect in every way! I think the 2 year wait and being patient finally paid off and I have been enjoying this bag for a couple of weeks. I’m so happy that the search is over! Isn’t it gorgeous? I’m not even worried that it was used previously either, I’m just so happy to finally have it!

Rebecca Minkoff Mini Bags In Lilac & Mint

(Mini Mac in Lilac – Mini 5 Zip in Mint) Those of you who are a fan of my FaceBook page will already know about this as I post to my social media accounts before I do my blog, but I thought it was about time I posted here too! It’s mine and my boyfriends 5 year anniversary coming up in a couple of weeks and he wanted to get me something special, I originally said no to a Rebecca Minkoff bag as it’s expensive, but he twisted my arm, so I had the choice between the Lilac and Mint, both of which I love. I did order the Lilac shade and it arrived a few days ago, it’s actually a lot heavier than I was expecting due to the chain and although it’s pretty, it just doesn’t wow me like I thought it would, but then I haven’t tried wearing it with an outfit. My question is though, which would you have picked? The Lilac Mini Mac or the Mint Mini 5 Zip? I am obsessed with Mint at the moment and I do think it’s gorgeous, but I’m unsure. After spending time looking at and admiring the Lilac one, I do like it, just not as much as I thought, but then I’m not sure if I would feel exactly the same way about the Mint one if I ordered it. The unfortunate thing is that I have to order it from the US, so after customs/taxes/shipping etc it’s not easy to just return it. What would you have picked? Or do any of you own these bags?

A Little Bit Of Quirky – Owl Rucksack

Something I love in life is a little bit of quirkiness. I actually saw this rucksack on a girl in Topshop when she was walking around looking at clothes. I had never seen it before and completely fell in love with it, so I went Google searching and managed to find it on eBay! It’s by Anna Smith and it comes in different colour variations, but the tan and the cream is my favourite! I recently acquired the matching wallet from Forever 21 as well, it’s the same print, but not by Anna Smith. Both pieces were super cheap and I couldn’t be happier with them! I can’t wait to wear this rucksack out and about. I’m usually used to cross body bags, so it may take a while to get used to though, ha ha. Do you like it? You can get the bag here. Also, on a side note, I would love for you to follow me on Instagram! My username is @LornaRaindrops.
