Winter Fairisle Knit In The Snow

Winter Fairisle Knit In The Snow It snowed! Albeit quite lightly, but nonetheless, it snowed! And that’s a win to me! I’ve been in Ohio since December 5th and I’m being stiffed when it comes to snow, ha ha. Usually they have Winter storms here and lots of deep snow, but I am yet to experience any of that and it’s almost time for me to go home at the end of this month! I have had to make do with this snowfall so far, but I am hoping for a lot more in the coming weeks! Although knowing my luck, it wont happen until I leave, ha ha. This outfit that I’m wearing here is one that I mostly bought while here. The Fairisle Knit and the High Rise Jeggings are by American Eagle, and I adore them! The jeans might be my new favourite! I literally cannot get enough of their jegging jeans! They couldn’t fit more perfectly! The Boot Socks that I’m wearing are also by American Eagle, and I tucked them into my Furry Lined Dr. Marten Boots! I then finished it all off with my Hollister Brown Parka Coat that I picked up just before leaving England, as I knew I needed some really warm clothing for Ohio in the Winter, and it hasn’t let me down. Speaking of the temperatures, it was unusually warm for Winter here for a while, and then a few days ago it started shifting to freezing! We’re talking -12 and -15 on the weather app, but feeling like -18 or lower. This is a kind of cold I have…

All Black At An American Mall

How To Wear All Black Properly Hey everyone! I took a little 10 day break so that I could rest after the holiday, but I’m back now! These photos were shot here in Ohio over the Christmas period, hence the Christmas tree and decorations in the background, and I thought they made a great contrast to my all black outfit. There was also a gorgeous brick wall in the mall, and that was just as pleasing to the eye, if not better! It’s crazy just how fast everything has gone though, it’s the 10th already and it feels like Christmas was just last week! Anyway, getting to my outfit, I was wearing my Allsaints Balfern Leather Jacket, which I layered over an Allsaints Star Sheer Blouse. I also wore my L’AGENCE Margot Skinny Jeans in Graphite, and threw on my Saint Laurent West Harness Boots in Black. I then finished it all off with my Saint Laurent 5 a 7 Bag, to complete everything, and I really adore how it looks! I loved it so much that I wore this exact outfit again to the New Years Eve celebrations downtown! The key to getting an entire black ensemble right is by mixing the different mediums/textures. I’ve got denim, leather, metal, and sheer fabric here, and they all work harmoniously together because they bring so much depth to the all black. The same thing with proportions of the pieces, creating different lines, curvatures, and elements. This is definitely how you go about wearing head to toe black and making it look chic, rather than really drab and boring. It’s all in…

A Look At My 2021 Outfits & My New Years Goals

Happy New Year Everyone! I feel like I say this every year, but wow, this year sure did go by fast! I can’t believe I’m doing a roundup of the year again, when it doesn’t feel like 12 months has passed at all. One thing I can say though is that I looked back at my goals for 2021, and I have achieved quite a few of them! Not to mention they’re absolutely huge goals too, which I’m really proud of myself for achieving! As always, I’ve rounded up my favourite outfits of the year as well, so you can look at those below! But first, lets look at the things I listed last year, and how that went for me this year! Going to America – Well, since I’m writing this blog post out from Ohio, USA, I think that went well, ha ha. This is my second time visiting the United States and I finally got my dream! I was always afraid of flying and I’ve gone from zero flights in my entire life, to 5 flights this year alone! I went to Croatia in August, then onto America, then back home, and back out to America again. I’m extremely proud of myself as I did it all alone, and you guys know how much of a big thing travelling like that is to me! Fixing my teeth – I got Invisalign back in April of 2021 and my teeth are almost fully straight! I will be finished in February/March, and I cannot wait! I have always been self conscious of my wonky and overcrowded teeth, but now…

A Sweater Vest With Dr. Martens Jadon Platform Boots

Platform Combat Boots And Sweater Vests Hey everyone! I hope you all had a lovely Christmas? How did you spend it? These are the last of my photos from Autumn when the leaves were still bright orange! Funnily enough, as the seasons are changing more and lengthening, these were taken at the start of December, which seems crazy to think of Autumn lasting more into December than it should! Getting to my outfit, since that’s what you guys come here for, I was wearing a Chi Chi London Cable Knit Sleeveless Knitted Jumper in Tan, which I layered over a Zara White Shirt. This was my first real time jumping into the sweater vest trend this season! I chose black pieces for the rest of the look, including my L’AGENCE Margot Skinny Jeans in Graphite, my Saint Laurent 5 a 7 Bag, and my new Dr. Martens Jadon Hi Leather Platform Boots. I have to say that I’m really into platform combat boots, and lace up boots in general. I brought my brown furry lined Dr. Martens with me to the United States right now and they are so comfortable and warm. I can’t stop wearing them. The Jadon is one step above those in looks though, they’re such a statement and they’re bold, and I love it! I also adore the higher shaft length on this particular pair! Also, stay tuned for my new blog post coming soon as it’s my end of year roundup! As always though, let me know what you think of this outfit and you can buy the pieces in my scroller below! To all of you who have been with me since the beginning, or over a few years, I love you all so much and can’t thank you enough for the support. It would be lovely to hear from you if you want to drop me a comment, as I get so many views to my posts, but not many comments, so reach out and I will say hi back! Spreading some festive cheer! As I’m typing this out, I am currently sat in Ohio in the United States! Yep, you read that correctly! I made it back to America and I’m spending the holidays here! I wont be coming home until the end of January, and I’m renting an apartment for my time here. I’m super excited to be with friends and see what an American Christmas is going to be like! I literally cannot wait! It will be interesting to see how they celebrate New Years Eve too! Anyway, I’m keeping this super short and sweet! Let me know what you’re doing for the Holiday season! Currently Craving Wish List: December 2021

Currently Craving Wish List For December 2021 Can you believe that it’s only 5 days until Christmas? The time has literally sped by! I’m still here in the United States, spending the Holidays with my friends, and I cannot wait for actual Christmas Day here! I’m still holding out hope that it’s going to snow! As always though, I’ve put together my Currently Craving Wish List, and this one is almost like a gift guide at the same time, as there’s quite a few festive pieces! So if you need any last minute gift options, check these out!     First up, we have some pieces from Allsaints (of course we do, they are my favourite!) and I’m absolutely loving this burgundy corduroy jacket here! Isn’t it gorgeous? Then there’s the gold combat boots that I have absolutely fallen in love with! They’re stunning! I’ve also included a brown suede Balfern jacket from the brand, which is a must have, a new Dren black leather jacket, a Luna furry leather jacket, a rose gold puffer jacket, which is really pretty, a stunning Autumnal printed maxi dress in a silky material, and finally some patent studded ankle booties which really make a statement! Moving on from Allsaints, we have some super cosy pieces from Abercrombie & Fitch, including a fuzzy sweater in pink, a red bodycon dress, a cherry red sleep shirt, and a red tartan pyjama set. I’m a huge fan of American Eagle too, and I’ve chosen a cute brown cable knit sweater, as well as a white one, a black lace bralette, some fuzzy warm socks, and some…

A Zara Camel Blazer With Black Boots

A Camel Blazer With Black Jeans And Boots Happy Sunday everyone! I can’t believe we are just two weeks away from Christmas! That came around so fast, didn’t it? These pictures were shot back in late October, hence why I was able to wear an outfit like this and didn’t freeze. I was actually quite warm! As much as I adore casual looks and comfort, I always gravitate back towards something sleek and smart before long. For this outfit, I wore my American Eagle High Rise Jeggings in Black and paired them with my Abercrombie & Fitch top, my Zara Camel Blazer, my Loeffler Randall Isla Booties, and my Saint Laurent 5 a 7 Bag in Black. I wanted to also showcase a lot of Bath’s heritage in these photos, to complement the outfit, and I think I did just that. The camel and neutral tones really match the Bath stone, and the black just pops and stands out. I got these jeans the last time that I was in America and I have to say, they have quickly become a go to! They are so stretchy and comfortable, while being extremely flattering, and I love that about them. I cannot recommend them enough! They can be dressed up or down, and I own them in multiple colours! The blazer is one that I have owned for over a year and it’s so classic! I can also not get enough of my new bag, and I know you saw it in my Saint Laurent 5 a 7 bag review that I did last month, but if you missed it, check…

Styling Three Different Types Of Looks

Styling 3 Different Looks For The Holiday Season Hey everyone! It’s almost Christmas and I’m going big with content this month of December! You might have noticed that I’m posting a lot more and I’m always inspired this time of the year as it’s just so cosy and there’s sales everywhere, so of course I have done some major shopping and took advantage of plenty of the deals around! I love that! I will be sharing more pieces to buy in a wish list soon! Anyway, I’m styling three different looks here and combining them into one blog post. I’ve done a glam going out dress, a flirty and edgy cropped top, and a more casual plaid shacket combination. All are perfect for the Holiday season in my opinion! Take a look at them below! This outfit above might be my favourite of the three! I paired this Femme Luxe bardot top in black with a pair of black skinny jeans, a western belt, and some chunky Doc Marten boots, to really toughen it up. I love flirty tops like this that are designed to look cute and feminine, but by wearing all black and bringing in some tough combat boots, with a platform to them, you really change the entire concept of the outfit! Feminine pieces with a masculine edge, it really livens things up. I’m obsessed with these combat boots too, the Dr. Marten Jadon boot is so cool! I’m seeing them a lot on other fashion bloggers and I absolutely love it! They bring such a new life to a pretty outfit like this. Instead of being…
