White Lace Bodysuit With OTK Boots & A Suede Jacket
As soon as we think Spring has sprung, the rain comes! I’m not against the rain obviously as I love wearing my wellies and rain coats, they’re wonderful, but it has been nice having such beautiful weather the past week. It’s been really relaxing and fresh! Adam and I shot these photos last weekend in town and it’s quite a different look for me, in a way. I always love the Bath locations as they’re so pretty, so I thought this street would complement the outfit I was wearing, but since that’s what all of you come here for, I will get straight to it.
I was wearing a White Lace Bodysuit, but I wont mention the brand because I had so many issues with them, and they wont even refund people, so I am not giving them any publicity and wont subject any of you to buying from them, but I have of course linked others below! I threw my Goosecraft Grey Suede Jacket over the top of it for some modesty, and then wore my L’AGENCE Margot Skinny Jeans in Graphite again, with an ASOS Western Belt. Then to finish it all off, I went with my Saint Laurent Sac de Jour Bag and my DUO Grey Over The Knee Boots. I was wearing a custom personalised L necklace from Design Letters too, but I will be sharing that with you soon in another post, up close!
Bodysuits have been really popular lately, especially for going out, as I’m seeing so many girls wearing them in all colours with their jeans and I really like the look. I had a few issues on my Instagram with people being rude to me about them actually, the other day, even going as far as to say that Adam was prostituting me out by making me wear them… I make my own choices, it’s so narrow minded to think otherwise! Anyway, they have been a talking point so I am interested to hear your opinion on them? I’m also enjoying wearing these jeans in so many different ways. They really are the most versatile black jeans that I own!
Since I do like to describe my outfits and my choices as well, I’m really feeling the monochrome vibe that I have going on here. As you have probably figured out by now, I’m mostly into neutral tones, especially grey, white, brown and beige, accompanied by black, so I wanted to mix all the shades here from white through grey, down to black, creating textures and varied elements. I think it works quite well as I’m mixing so many fabrics, I’ve got leather, denim, suede, lace, and metal, which combines together to create quite an edgy, different ensemble for me, especially with the belt tying it all together. But of course, I’d love your opinion on it! Hope you all have a wonderful weekend! Lorna xx.
