A warm parka coat with skinny jeans and ankle boots
As the weather was extremely cold (around zero degrees) when we shot these photos, I didn’t feel like my outfit was good enough to have a post dedicated to it fully since I had to keep warm, so I decided to do a little bit of tourism and take some photos of iconic landmarks and buildings in Bath. My city is known for its beautiful Abbey, the river with the weir on Pulteney Bridge and old buildings as well as countryside scenery, so I thought it might be nice to share a little bit of that with you too. When I head into Bath town, I’m always surrounded by these buildings here and the views, so I hope you enjoy it. Do let me know if you would love to see more photos of architecture and heritage buildings on my blog, I’d be happy to oblige!
Getting to my outfit though, super comfortable and casual, I was wearing my Warehouse parka coat which I have had for a couple of years (see it previously worn here) with my Citizens of Humanity Rocket Crop Skinny Jeans in Aura, which are my all time favourite jeans. I also chose a few tank tops underneath a thick Topshop Jumper and layered on my scarf, also by the brand. To finish it off, I went with my Seven Boot Lane Boots. I did have gloves, a buttoned up coat and socks with un-cuffed jeans for the walking since it was cold, but obviously that didn’t look so great in the photos! So I had to suffer the cold for a while to make sure the outfit looked ok, ha ha. I’d love to know what you think of my outfit and whether or not you like it! And as a quick update, my kidney infection has completely gone and I’m doing a lot better now. Thank you to everyone who asked, it meant a lot to me to have your support.
What I Was Wearing:
Coat – Warehouse (similar)
Jeans – Citizens of Humanity
Jumper – Topshop (similar)
Boots – Seven Boot Lane (similar)
Scarf – Topshop
your jacket look super cozy.

Thank you!
I think your outfit is perfectly well deserving of a dedicated post – there’s nothing at all wrong with being practical and keeping warm. We were all shivering this weekend, I think. 🙂 I like the outfit anyhow and especially the jeans and that lovely warm scarf. 🙂
That aside, I’m happy that you’ve done these tourism shots though. Bath looks lovely, it’s not somewhere I’ve ever been (as far as I’m aware) and I can easily see why you like it so much. The architecture is stunning.
Oh, and that 7th photo… Whatever you do, don’t blink!!! 🙂

I didn’t, I made sure I kept staring at it! Never know when a stone angel might pop up!
Bath is definitely beautiful though, if you ever get chance to visit, you should! 🙂 And thanks for liking my outfit, it’s very practical, but from a fashion point of view, not so much lol!
Well there’s the argument that when the weather is cold then practical becomes fashionable. 😀
Oh, and it’s a definite yes to the idea of seeing more heritage/architecture photos. I meant to say that in my first comment. 🙂

Ok! I will keep that in mind about the photos and make sure I snap what I see that’s beautiful!

It was lol!
Bath looks beautiful! Happy to hear you feel better. Dress warm, sleep loads and i hope you continue to feel great. I think your outfit looks as fashionable as it is warm (even with gloves and all); can’t be all that fashionable to be freezing 😉
