I am literally obsessed with these Sam Edelman boots! When I first saw the heels with the studs on the back last season I thought they were cute but now they have boots! They have a high heeled ankle boot which I love but it’s definitely not as practical as these Pax boots! I think these are so versatile! They would match with shorts, shorter dresses and of course jeans. I really do love them!
I would be worried about saving and spending so much money on them (£215) to ruin them though. Since it rains so much here in England and of course Winter is coming up, I can see the suede getting damaged. I will have to see how my thoughts go with these ones! Do you love them too? I’ve sort of got a thing for studs and a thing for ankle boots so it’s a perfect mix. You can see them here at My-Wardrobe.com.

I thought you might like them Neris 😀
They are fun but I’m with you – they are not foul-weather friendly…suede rarely is! I have the feeling I’d knock off a few studs as well somehow. Have you ever checked out the brand aquatalia? They make some nice styles and everything is weather-proof! I have a pair of black suede wedge boots from them that I wear for the messy winter days. Perfect when you want something more stylish than snow boots but you don’t want to ruin anything…
Oh no I haven’t heard of that brand Jen! I will have to check them out 🙂 Thanks for letting me know! It’s a shame these ones aren’t waterproof huh?
While I absolutely love the studs but I’m not a fan of cowboy boots or anything resembling them, just not my style. I can see how they might look cute with a sun dress or under jeans though especially since you put together such great outfits, Lorna. I agree that you should consider the weather though since they’re such a big investment. I had a pair of expensive suede flats and got caught in the rain, they were ruined. They turned from ruby red to a mottled brown and loosed up. Someone told me to have them repaired and wear them anyway because the brown looks “stylish”, I thought they were crazy, it looked like I stepped in something lol 🙂
Oh no!! That sounds horrible, I would be so upset if I ruined my shoes like that 🙁 I’m always so cautious about what I wear when it’s raining and things. My cat made a big scratch down one of my boots once and I haven’t worn them since 🙁 Shows can be so tricky!!
these seem so perfect.. though I’d bet they’re real expensive:) p.s. I entered a blogger contest and I really need you to ‘like’ my picture.. it only takes a second. And the contest only runs for a week! I’d really appreciated. here is an explanation: http://cyliaaaa.blogspot.com/2011/09/tag.html
