First I wanted to apologise that these photos are a bit blurry, I took them after I had been in the cinema watching Skyfall last weekend and it was getting dark as I came out. I was freezing in the cinema though, I have no idea why they had the air con on! Despite the cold weather, I actually had 2 layers on underneath the jumper, my jeans are really thick and I had thermal socks too, ha ha. I really don’t do well in the cold!
I’m wearing my new Topshop Ombre jumper and burgundy scarf, my Citizens of Humanity Rocket jeans, my ASOS Shearling bag and my KG by Kurt Geiger Winona booties.
I hope you are all having a really nice weekend! I’m sort of looking forward to a busy week ahead. I have my boyfriends birthday, another London trip for press days, I’m getting my hair cut and attending a boutique party, I’m watching Twilight when it’s released and I am seeing Lion King as well which I am so excited about! I can’t wait! Anyway, what do you think of the outfit? I’ve been wearing this jumper so much!
I’ve actually been fairly good recently and not bought many clothes at all. The last thing I bought was my KG by Kurt Geiger Winona boots last month as I have been trying to cut back, I always get this impulse issue, but now I wait a few days and decide if I really want something. I’m also wanting to get a new pair of heels, I’ve only been buying boots lately it seems, but my feet get cold so easily, which is why, but I think a pretty pair of platforms or stilettos would be great.
I fell in love with a few things on the Zara website and I went shopping there on Sunday, I picked up this amazing denim jacket which is padded and has a fleece lining on the buttons, sleeves and collar. I originally wanted a Topshop lighter blue denim jacket with fleece that I saw a while back, but it’s not been released yet, even though it was due to drop in September, so I think it’s been cancelled. My boyfriend and I decided that this one was a great alternative and it fits really well and it so warm, so I love it! I was worried it was perhaps too blue, but in person it’s a lot more subtle.
This is the other item I bought from Zara, it’s a grey blazer with faux leather contrasted sleeves. I always fit Zara blazers so well, they have the best fit for my shape out of any other brand I have tried and this one is so cute! I love the contrast with it as it sort of gives the jacket an edge so it can be dressed up or down. It will be making an appearance in an outfit post of mine very soon too!
This is a comfy outfit I threw on to wear for mine and my boyfriends 4 year anniversary on Friday. We went to watch The Avengers at the cinema (which was hilarious and so good! I loved it!) and then we headed to get some pizza at an Italian pizza restaurant. Of course it was raining on and off, but we got lucky at the time we took these photos.
I’m wearing a Topshop Purple Ombre Studded Shoulder jumper/sweater, Topshop Acid Grey Leggings and Face ring, my Mulberry Candy Pink Denim Lily and my Urban Outfitters Boat wedges.
I fell in love with this jumper a couple of weekends ago and I just knew I would love it, so I bought it without trying it on. It combines 3 of my favourite things; studs/spikes, ombre and comfortable jumpers. It’s so warm and cosy! It works well with leggings too as it’s just long enough to cover them. I’ve included a photo of me sat in the display chair for Johnny Depp’s new movie Dark Shadows and also my cheese-less pizza since I don’t eat cheese. Did you all have a nice weekend?
