You may remember this Topshop Basketball Tee from my new purchases post that I made last week. Since it’s been plenty warm enough to actually go out in just a t-shirt, this is the first time that I actually got to wear it! I wore it to the Botanical Gardens on Sunday when I went to go and relax, feed the squirrels and birds and just enjoy the Spring time! It’s such a beautiful place and it’s one of my favourites when the weather is warmer. I take nuts and seeds and often sit in a quiet spot and feed the squirrels and birds from my hands as they can be quite tame if they trust you. I plan on posting more photos soon though! I’m really enjoying nature at the moment!

I paired my Basketball Tee with my trusty black Levi’s Skinny Jeans as these are one of my go to’s when it comes to black! They fit perfectly and are so comfortable, so they couldn’t be better if they tried! To keep with the black theme, I went with my Christian Louboutin Pigalle 100 in Black to add some height and femininity to the look and then lots of accessories! I chose my new Marc by Marc Jacobs Black Critter Watch which I got from Shade Station, then also my Ray-Ban Erika Sunglasses in Red Velvet, which you just saw yesterday! For bracelets, I went with my Bibi Bijoux Blue Crystal bracelet and a couple of others from ASOS. I’m really loving being able to wear lots of arm candy again! I never get much chance to wear it during the Winter as being a UK fashion blogger means I have to adapt to the seasons and long sleeves are always needed. It’s a nice change to be able to layer on my bracelets again! I hope you like the outfit and I have a cool post coming up on Sunday for Easter! I would love to know your thoughts in the comments below!

The Cat Face Tee by Tea & Cake

This is a really casual outfit that I wore a couple of weekends ago to go out to dinner for Mother’s Day. It was a really warm evening which is so strange at the moment as I’m still finding it hard to get used to how different the weather is every single day, ha ha. The joys of being a UK fashion blogger! If only it was still warm!

I got this t-shirt as a bit of an impulse buy when I was in Topshop about a month or more ago. I love anything to do with cats as you know, so whenever I see something with a cat on it, I usually have to end up buying it. This cat face tee is by Tea & Cake and it’s amazing! I love how it has all the different breeds on the front! It’s really unique. I decided to pair it with my Koral moto skinny jeans as I just received these a couple of weeks ago. The moto detailing on the knees is actually amazing because it hits my knees! Usually moto jeans are too long for me and the stitching sits below my knees which can end up looking silly, but these are the perfect length and I love the ankle zippers too! I originally saw them at their press day in London last year and I fell for them then. These jeans are another great example of an amazing pair of Koral jeans!

For my shoes, I went with my Topshop Koala espadrilles in pink as I wanted something comfortable. I got these online a few months ago as I thought they were adorable! They are really soft too so they don’t hurt the backs of my feet which is a huge bonus! I just adore the two tone pink though, they are so pretty! Now onto the accessories, when I have bare arms, I always love to layer on my bracelets and watches to add a bit of colour and fun. I chose my Marc by Marc Jacobs Henry Skeleton watch in pink and then layered on loads of different coloured bracelets from ASOS, Topshop, Amadoria and River Island. I have been trying to stay away from too many casual outfits lately and really make and effort, but sometimes I just love comfort! What do you think of this outfit? Do you like the tee?

Pinks, Yellows & Blues In Pastel Hues

I got to choose these gorgeous Ombre Blue TOMS to style and I couldn’t have been more excited! I love TOMS as you know and have about 4 pairs of them already, they are perfect for running errands in and I love them with outfits as they are sleek, but most of all I really do like their one for one policy where they donate shoes to people in need for every pair purchased. I wanted to embrace Spring and go with something colourful which is why I chose my Zara pink blazer and a paler pink top underneath to contrast against the blue. To add another primary colour to the mix I then chose my Marc by Marc Jacobs Karlie bag in Dandelion to brighten things up even more. I wanted to keep a base tone though and something neutral which is why I opted for my Hudson Nico white skinny jeans, to counteract too much colour. For my accessories, I chose my beloved Swarovski Tinkerbell necklace and my Adele Marie fuchsia Swarovski bangle, both of which I have had for some years! I’m incredibly ready for Spring now and can’t wait to start colour blocking more. What do you think of the outfit? Comment and let me know!

Grey Skinny Jeans For A Grey Day

(Jeans – Similar, Jumper – Similar, Shoes – Similar, Watch – Exact, Case – Exact)

This is a really simple and casual outfit that I wore a couple of weekends ago. I hadn’t worn J Brand in ages, so I decided to pull out my older J Brand skinny jeans in grey, but since they fit me a little bit loosely now, I thought they looked better with a cuff at the hems. It adds that extra bit of ease to the look as well I find. Since I wanted to be comfortable, I threw on my oversized cream Zara knitted jumper and pushed the sleeves up. This trusty jumper has been so useful! I’ve worn it numerous times and absolutely adore it! I don’t think it was originally designed to be oversized, but I took a size large in it so that it was.

I didn’t want my entire outfit to be completely casual, so I wore my Topshop mint metallic toe cap heels, just to smarten it up a little bit. I love these shoes! I did recently share them with you in one of my new purchases posts and I honestly can’t believe I won them for about £7 on eBay! You can always get some amazing deals there! As the outfit colour scheme was quite muted with grey and cream, I wanted to add a little pop of colour, so I took my Marc by Marc Jacobs neon yellow neoprene iPhone case with me and also wore my Katula Kiss neon yellow and green bracelets to go with my Michael Kors Slim Runway watch in silver. I think adding the neon really helps liven the look up a bit.

Going back to J Brand, they have really upped their game lately in terms of the new styles. I was looking around and saw some new J Brand Jeans from Trilogy, especially the new photo ready denim. I actually wrote a post on them a couple of days ago on DenimBlog and think they are really cool. Have any of you tried them yet? I was really into bold and bright denim for ages, but have now been mostly interested in the more classic jeans at the moment, which is why I’m excited to see what they are coming out with. I will be seeing the new J Brand collection in November actually and can’t wait. Anyway, what do you think of the outfit? Comment and let me know!
