I recently shared this Topshop Red Heart Print Shirt with you in my new purchases post a couple of days ago. I couldn’t wait to wear it after luckily finding it in London and I thought I would pair it with something classic. I took the shirt in size 6, but my usual Topshop size is an 8, I tend to vary between 6 and in 8 in their clothes. It’s really nice though, it’s made of viscose so it’s not an irritating polyester and it’s comfortable. I originally fell in love with the Burberry heart shirt during fashion week, but I think I like this one a little more, not just because the price is much more affordable, but because it’s a little more girly and a brighter red. It really is beautiful! I wore my James Jeans Couture Skinny Jeans in Vesper with this heart print shirt so I could have a sleek look. I do also love the combination of burgundy and navy together, so these two pieces work harmoniously. I then wore my Topshop Gabbi Black Suede Heels with Silver Toe Caps to finish it off. I love these heels and have worn them so much since I got them. They have a lower heel so they are much easier to walk in, plus they look gorgeous with the metallic toe caps.
For my accessories, I’m wearing quite a lot of bracelets to liven things up a little bit. I have some classic beaded and pearl bracelets to keep things sophisticated, but then I added some skulls, chains and spikes just to make it a bit more fun. There is something about pearl jewellery that I love, it has that classic vibe to it which makes any outfit look that little bit more posh and put together. I love wearing pearls and beads with elegant shirts! For my make up, I wanted something a little stronger, so I had more of a smokey eye and dark red lip to go with the shirt. I will be doing a dedicated post on my make up soon, it’s just taking me a little while to take all of the photos. I do quite like how everything turned out in my outfit though! I definitely have more plans on how I am going to wear this shirt again! What do you think of it? Comment and let me know! I love reading all of your thoughts and opinions on my looks.
