Jubilee Inspired – Red, White & Blue

jubilee 12 Jubilee Inspired Red, White & Blue

(Jeans – Similar, Sweater – Similar, Bag – Exact (on sale), Shoes – Similar)

The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee on Tuesday was somewhat of an inspiration to most people over here in England. Everywhere was sporting red, white and blue and flying the Union Jack to mark her 60 years in reign. I think it’s definitely a huge achievement to reach a Diamond Jubilee, so I was inspired to wear a red, white and blue outfit of my own!

I’m wearing my Ksubi Bright Blue skinny jeans, an All Saints white sweater/jumper, my ASH Bowie wedge sneakers and my Marc by Marc Jacobs Bars & Bells red bag.

It was such a shame that it was raining for most of it, but I suppose us Brits are more than used to the wet weather, so it doesn’t put a dampener (quite literally) on our plans lol! How did you all celebrate the Diamond Jubilee? Did you do anything fun? I watched the concert at Buckingham Palace on TV and loved that! I saw lots of street parties and festivals too!

I love these pics, they’re great! The party was going over here in Canada as well. Tea parties, parades and military salutes to celebrate Her Majesty’s reign.

Oh that’s great! Yeah she’s also the Queen of Canada isn’t she! And many other countries too! Glad you like the photos!

Thanks Sophie-Marie! Oh don’t envy the cold, I get so fed up of it. I want warm weather back lol!

Totally gorgeous & patriotic, and man…that lipstick-bag is pure love

thank you for commenting. Actually, I broke the twitter contact months afterwards and this was one of the main reasons. I didn’t feel confortable someone reading my tweets when he obviously was so much about getting $ from me. He’s one of those people who look cookiecutter cute but has a personality that doesn’t match the appearance.

I’d love to follow you, btw :D

Glad you like it :) And that makes sense about the Twitter guy, some people can just push things too far and use people which is not fair at all. I’m glad you cut him off!

Yeah I have seen them! I think they are cute too! I chose the ASH ones though since I have bigger feet and other ones, especially Isabel Marant, would make my feet look huge lol! I love them though :)
